I like the fact you can choose different types of program and you only need to show up and follow it!

This app helped me how to know what to do at the gym, to have a weekly schedule that provides me a daily workout to improve all my body and helps me to construct my best version. Find a balance between lower body, upper body, core, and cardio was one of my biggest issues, and since I have the evolve you app this problem disappeared. Even with nutrition the app gives you lots of options and you can choose your diet (vegetarian, pescatarian…) is really a good way to start your journey at the gym, but even for advanced training and fitness 👌🏼

I ordered the new Evolve you water bottle.I got 2 water bottles in lavender and beige colors. It was very disappointing I didn’t like the material they used specially the cups. They are plastic and not strong. I wanted to return them as soon as I gotten package but it turned out that they don’t accept returns. So if you want to buy good water bottle, Evolve you water bottles are not great. Do not do the mistake I did!!!

It was easy and fast to order and I can follow the tracking and shipping info which is great too.

It is the best app ever, it makes my workout routine so organized and so helpful.

Great Workouts! However the App is laging often and the recipes are not convinient, and I would be happier if there would be a Programm for athletes who are doing a Sport on the side so they/we can build up strength/mobility/speed/stability

Arrived v quickly and in good condition

The order was received 15 days after the purchase. It was supposed to be a FREE t-shirt after achieving 100 workouts with the EvolveYou app. I had to pay extra to the customs when getting the package, which didn't happen with this shop before. Unpleasant surprise.

Easy to follow workouts. Challenging workouts which make me work hard and look forward to each session. Well-rounded. Highly recommend this app.

Been using the app since they made it and it’s great! The only thing is that some of Krissys exercise descriptions are not completely correct and out dated.

As a 47 year old, mother of 2 college kids, I had let myself go. I have finally arrived at the time in my life when it’s time to put me first. I was struggling to gain control of my weight and was afraid of the gym until I found this app. I can’t thank EvolveYou enough for getting me back on track. When I walk in the gym, I know exactly what I’m going to do and EvolveYou has my workout ready for me. Since August 2023, I have dropped 10-12 pounds and lost inches in all areas of my body. I went from size 10 jeans to size 4-6. I couldn’t be happier.
