I strongly advise avoiding EV OneStop. My experience has been an absolute administrative nightmare from start to finish.

I explicitly cancelled my order at 06:18 AM, well before their business hours and dispatch time.

Despite the valid cancellation, they dispatched the item anyway and then refused to provide a prepaid return label. They even tried to intimidate me by claiming their "IT and legal department" were investigating my early-morning cancellation email.

After I opened a dispute with Klarna, they finally backed down and provided a FedEx return label. I returned the unopened item, and tracking confirmed they successfully received it on 26 March.

Instead of processing my refund, their warehouse inexplicably repackaged the exact same returned item in a new plain cardboard box and mailed it back to me weeks later!

No explanation, no apology, and still no refund. It has been over a month of dealing with their sheer incompetence. If I hadn't used Klarna to protect my money, I would be completely stuck. A shocking lack of communication and warehouse management. Avoid at all costs.

So bad experiance lack of information and not professional delivery system, they did a mistake ant they not agreeing with this, they keep telling that delivery is in transit for 3 weeks

Bought a type 1 to type 2 charger adapter which I used occasionally and was fine. When I switched to a new car I wrote to EV One Stop to make sure it was safe to use and they said I had to ask the manufacturer. The manufacturer said I had to ask the supplier of the adapter. The adapter then melted when charging and fused to the charger, leaving me with a £600 bill. When I informed EV One Stop of this safety issue they ignored me until I kept chasing and just say 'we told you to contact the manufacturer'.

The best company you can get. Now keep the address and always use them. Very helpful and good prices.

I never received my order from EVOneStop. When I called for assistance, the staff member was dismissive and even accused me of trying to defraud the company, as the courier claimed the item had been delivered. It was a terrible experience and completely unprofessional.

The service in dealing with a confused order was extremely customer friendly

I have problems with my charger which I think is based on problems with the App.
My original installer cannot fix the problem, can EV help ?

I came across EV One Stop because I had a heat damaged component in a Rolec charger I inherited when moving home. The spare part cost £12 and was made available rapidly although postage doubles the cost as the part was heavy and bulky. Outcome: Rolec charger repared and operating as good as new - happy trouble free charging ever since.

The charging cable is 10metres long and still going strong. Working fine since purchase in December 2023. It is a legitimate high quality cable that has maintained proper working of the fully electric vehicle car battery.

Works perfectly well. Easy to control with App even able to trickle charge. Great with Octopus

The equipment purchased arrived quickly, and has charged faultlessly for three years so far.

I failed to operate two of the six charge points in Haydock Park because they were faulty. I was in a rush and needed to get the charge started before going into a conference, so I downloaded some App as instructed and that required my bank details which I didn't have. The third charger did take my card from my Phone and took £40.00 before starting. When I returned, the car had taken a charge for the cost of £10.25. The whole thing was time consuming and confusing

Had a problem with my first 6 year old charger, then moved over to EV One stop. They were very helpful and charger installed quickly, no problem since February 2024.

Prompt responses to questions. Back up advice is useful. System gives good results and allows access to cheap tariffs.

Fantastic service, easy to speak to and very quick delivery.

I bought a portable charger with a fitted 32A plug. The whole assembly was rated at IP66 but the plug was only IP44. The cost of an IP67 plug is not much more. The manufacturers refused to accept the fact that they had compromised their IP rating by fitting the wrong plug. I even had an unqualified person suggesting that if I replaced the plug myself, it would invalidate the guarantee. How ridiculous! There are other manufacturers of similar equipment who have no objection to the plug being changed for one of higher rating.

The charger kept showing faults in my BMW on and off over a couple of years. Everytime I swapped to an alternative charger, it fixed the problem, so don't ever use the wall charger anymore
