Very friendly staff who arrived promptly and kept me updated with their progress throughout the charger being fitted and were able to accommodate my needs. Would not think twice about using them again!!

Very pleased with the whole service.
Had an EV charger installed at home and EV Supermarket took care of everything from start to finish. The form to complete was quite lengthy and required lots of photos but other than that it was a simple process.
Booked me in quite quickly too.

I filled in the online form to get a charger put on my home which was easy. However, 2 weeks on I still haven't had the call back to arrange an appointment or make a payment. Disappointing as could have been an easy transaction for them.

Great service from the point I filled the form in on the website, fantastic communication, daily texts and emails reminding me of my appointment, I went for the Zappi because it works with solar panals, Joe the engineer did a great job, it's only been in a day but everything's looking good so far. It did't come with any instructions but they are easily available online.

Excellent install!! Fantastic customer service from the moment I bought online, through to the installation. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Very disjointed approach to customers. I needed to chance them all the time. After sales services seen poor as they are not a one stop shop.

Installation was faultless, despite being postponed due to COVID scare. Thanks to Toby for friendly service.

My only issue is that I ordered a charging cable from the website, and was told on the phone that the installation engineer would bring it out with him. This didn’t happen, and the engineer was confused as this would not be usual practice. There are definitely some issues with accurate communication from the team. I still don’t have a charging cable

Being new to the world of EV’s, the thought of buying the right charger for my new car was daunting. The team at EV supermarket made it very easy, gave me lots of useful information on the charge points and paired me up with a Project EV Pro Earth at a ridiculously good price. The survey tool was also super helpful to provide all the required information. Installation day was so seamless, the engineers work (Ricky) was impeccable, very professional even cleaning up after himself. All in all very pleased with the service start to finish.
