Using Ewebguru has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my website. Their customer support is practically non-existent — slow responses, unhelpful replies, and zero accountability. Every time there’s an issue (which is frequently), you’re left hanging for hours or even days.

Their servers are painfully unreliable. Frequent downtimes, slow speeds, and constant technical glitches made it impossible to run a stable website. I lost traffic and credibility because of them. Promises of “24/7 support” and “99.9% uptime” are complete lies.

To top it off, their billing and renewal system is shady. I was charged for services I didn’t authorize, and getting a refund was like pulling teeth.

Avoid Ewebguru at all costs — there are far better hosting providers out there. Save your time, money, and sanity.

Suspended my annual plan server, didn't refund any amount. Overall servers are flukky

I got some issue, while making website. Btw i am a nob, and don't know anything about coding, so i made some mistakes, but thank god, i choose Ewebguru. Just 1 message, yes all it takes, just send 1 message, tell them about your problem and my problem get solved., doesn't matter if its weekend or not, they will solve your problem if they can.
