I had a minor problem with the e-bike I bought. I asked for help and the response from e-wheels support was fast and I was really satisfied with the help I received.
Quick response. I got a new spare part which were sent directly to me. Everything works great.
After some bickering, e-wheels shaped up and handled my service request under guarantee in a speedy and satisfactory fashion!

Customer support was good, solved the problem, but took a while before they answered.
The origial problem was that the payment link I reciecved after service did not work. And there was no way to reach eWheels in Järfälla.
This team deserves a shout out for their professionalism and exceptional after-sales service for my e-scooter. Would definitely recommend E-Wheels and consider them for my next purchase. Keep it up!!
I have had to buy the same parts to my scooter repeatedly and I'm getting extremely tired of spending money on an accelerator and a back mudflap. Not to mention the back mudflap is constantly out of stock here.
for some strange reason E2S V2 suddenly stops working at exactly 2000km and an error code on the battery is displayed. when looking in the app the battery has 0 capacity left even if it is fully charged. Starts only with charger on. Surprice! Surprice! Bought a new V2 LR. Let’s see if it’s happening again. I problebly be back for a new review 2026
Ordered a bicycle online and wanted to return it. Web-shop terms stated that I had to arrange the return myself and I couldn’t figure out how to privately ship a bicycle cross-country. Contacted customer support for help and was swiftly offered help with a return label (at a very reasonable shipping rate). Customer service rep superstar Caroline even contacted the local store and set it up so that I could return the bike there if I wished. I did not expect such service when I was essentially cancelling my order. Ended up deciding to keep the bicycle. 10/10

There should be a 0 star option, 1 star is too much for their customer service. Bought an Ebike from Ewheels , the infomation in the manual is very useless. Then I need some help about how to insert the battery in the bike, so I sent email to them asking for an very short instruction or video to show it.
Take a Battery out and insert it in, 30 seconds. send the video to customers' email, 30seconds. That's all I need.
And It took 2 weeks to commnicate with them. It is just like chatting with a very low level AI in whatsapp ,where you could only expect they could answer to you within 2 days. Yes you did not see wrong, , every sentence took them 1- 2 days to answer.
2 weeks full of excuse about why they cannot send the info to me. Like they are too busy. The time they use to write those useless emails can make 100 videos already.
I have never met any customer service like them, low efficiency and totally useless. This is 21 century, buy a telephon!
