Can't say anything else than terrible customer service..
Asked for parts status via email and was told the parts I needed was in stock (website said no stock), told them to provide payment info and that I'd need it asap only for them to take 2 weeks to answer, and just create order and payment with Klarna without asking me if I still need the parts.
Unfortunately this isn't the first time I experience this from their support.

I bought an E2S V2 2022 - Long Range in June 2022. I've had it for about a year and a half when it started losing power and speed on the uphills.
I then contacted Ewheels who had exceptional customer service. I really want to emphasize how good the treatment was, not only did they solve my problem free of charge, Edvard who had the honor of having me as a customer, had a patience and understanding that cannot be thanked enough. I probably asked a million questions and concerns, but received the same pleasant and happy answers every time with explanations and help.
I can really recommend the product, the company and the customer service. Thanks again Edvard!
I am truly impressed by E-Wheels support who helped me when my package got damaged during delivery.
I received quick assistance and the supports all showed a very compassionate and professional manner resulting in a great experience where all my needs as a customer were satisfied. (Special shout out out to Edvard and Hannah who assisted me with the unfortunate delivery)

Thea was very helpful in solving a delivery problem after Postnord (not E-wheels) lost my parcel.
They are so bad!! Never gonna buy from them again. They dont tell you the terms instead give a charge. Bad communation. They answer in wrong languege.
