Customer service was excellent. Things about the actual bike. I strongly dislike the facto that i must adjust the gear system before ridning it. I just want to pack upp, installe tire, handled and SEAT the go out and ride! Thank you for sending the parts for free when it broken but they shouldnt have because it shouldnt have been done by the factory. The small plastic clipps that locks the wires to the framme sucks honestly, and to me it feels sheep for a bike that costs almost 19000 kr. The engine optimizing i bought with the bike for 1500 kr is stupid and should come automatically with the bike for free. Every tool i need for upkeep, for example thighten the seat. should be in a box that connects to the bike, especially given the price. I installed the front splash guards the highest i could and it still grinded against the tire. The handle feels lose and it honestly cant be tightened any more or i will break the screws. Besides that i like the bike, it feels sturdy and worth the price. The helping of the electeric engine feels great!

Terrible… I received faulty scooter. The company did not want to arrange a shipping label for the return. They actually tried to lure us into a trap that would make it possible to reject our wish to cancel the purchase.
E-Wheels has 21% 1 star ratings😱.. that equals 6-700 deals gone terrible wrong. Dont be the next in line..
You cant call them and non excisting customer service besides email, that never adresses the actual problem. Doing more than 900m on scooter will void your right to cancel purchase(you’re not allowed to test scooter,not allowed to find out that it’s faulty)Stay far away from this terrible business. The worst experience I ever had with a company..Warning, just don’t do it ..

Had Electric scooter from E-Wheels before E2S V2, and i was very happy with it, got stolen tho so now i bought E4 V2 Max, and im sure i will be happy with this one aswell.
Ordered a Momas Summit (38.500SEK) on the 13th of June. Got it finally on the 11th of August (2 months later) and the saddle were scratched and the optimalisation was missing although we had several mail between us confirming this beforehand. We had to dismantle the bike, repack it and rent a trailer to be able to send it back with PostNord. They apologised and offered a 500sek voucher to pick something up from their page and said that they would send a new bike asap cause apparently they had the one I ordered multiple in stock?!
So sad that you can’t trust companies when it comes to orders with a price range like this.

Worst e-Scooter EVER!!!! Don’t BUY!!!! Within 2 months if use I have had to buy 2 rear mud gears as these break very easily and now my son nearly fell into an oncoming bike as the front handle bar snapped where it folds down…. This company will not replace anything .. so go and spend your money on another brand …
Absolutely terrible service and bad quality products. My e scooter is a few months old and used for just one month and the battery died. No customer service number no answer to emails and even the guy that works in the shop said the scooters are bad quality when I sent it back to have it fixed.

Reaching their customer support is literally impossible. Should you invest in such expensive items, use more reliable stores and brands.

When we got problem with the controller they sent a new controller really quick. Perfect service!
I use my v2max daily in all weather including snow. At first j was impressed with the scooter. After a few months you start to notice the poor quality of the build. I need to change the tyres regularly as they are very low standard. The brakes have broken, the shaft is not straight and the screws are so poor quality it can be almost impossible to get them out when servicing the scooter even after using wd40 spray. As my main form of transport I would expect the scooter to last 2 years before changing it but I'm not sure it will last one year as I've had it 10 months. My kid has Xianomi s1 which he has had 3 years and never ANY issues which confirms the build on his scooter is of higher standard than ewheels. I personally would rather have paid more money for a higher standard than finding a cheaper alternative which ewheels offer and when you do want to order a spare part it is often out of stock and takes months to get the part you need. The customer service does take time to answer but have always being polite though. I was hoping to continue purchasing my scooters from ewheels but now I won't because of the poor quality build so very disappointed.
After my kickbike stopped working, I contacted the support and was told to send it in to the Service department. It was said to take 4–6 weeks. It's now on week 8, no response at all. I've tried to contact them 3 times since week 6 by email but nothing. As there are no phone you can call, all you have to rely on are email. Terrible costumer service.

This is a 5star company, i had a problem with a puncture they changed tires free of charge. I had a lot of fun trying different typer of scooter while waiting. +++++
