Order has not yet arrived
The website was easy to use and the ordering process was straightforward, but sadly, the product never arrived. I contacted the company via email and by using the Chatbot on their website, but have not received a response as yet. The Royal Mail tracking service states that the sender despatched the product on the day I ordered it (19 March), but it has not yet been received by Royal Mail.
It may still turn up, only time will tell...

Ordered a mouse mat with wrist support
Ordered a mouse mat with wrist support. Received mouse mat, no wrist support, and the layers were not glued down, so the top layer had always peeled from the bottom layer before I received it. Sent photos, but no feedback!
