We emailed on 3rd April to explain there was going to be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order and offered the chance of a refund / alternative items but received no response (presumably mail went into your Spam.) We also replied to your mail on the 13th April confirming that your order had been dispatched and refunded all your Postage costs.
