The set up team was very responsive, adjusting to my requests for various iterations, the cleaning team was friendly and they did a really great job of my house. I'm pleased with the range of services I could have (I chose windows, appliances, carpet cleaning, and all of the internal woodwork). I got to check for satisfaction at the end of the job. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

The whole experience was of the highest levels. I had to amend my booking and change it last minute for a next day delivery and it was accomodated even though i made this change at 9pm at night. Amazing service. And then the cleaning was top tier. Near 5hr deep clean. Amazing stuff.

High floor 2 bed 2 bath flat in Docklands
We have given our 2 bed 2 bath flat in Royal Docks for end of tenancy deep cleaning. They did an amazing job with it, three people showed up and started working slowly but thoroughly. They have even taken feedback from us as they went along with the job. In the end, we are super happy with their work. They cleaned floors, cupboards, bathroom, tiles, appliances, exterior and interior windows, rugs, carpets. Went above and beyond. The main guy Alan is brilliant with this attitude and business ethic. Highly recommended them.

After investigating this matter with our cleaning team, we noted that your concerns were raised 10 days after the service. During this time, our team reached out to you several times by phone. In our first conversation, we kindly requested photos of any specific areas you felt were missed so that we could immediately arrange a free re-clean and provide any additional work required. We also offered the option of a refund, depending on the findings, if it was confirmed that the service was not completed to our standards.
You agreed to send the photos and return our call, but we did not receive further information. When we contacted you again, you told us you were at work, so we scheduled a follow-up call for 5pm. We called at the agreed time, but unfortunately the call was not answered, and we received no response afterwards. Without photos, clarification, or the opportunity to return to the property, we were unable to take any further steps to resolve the matter for you.
We genuinely appreciate honest feedback, as it helps us improve. However, in this case, we were not given the chance to investigate properly or correct any issues. Our team—each with over 15 years of experience—was disappointed that their work was dismissed without the opportunity to address your concerns or provide the re-clean you were entitled to.
Our goal has always been to provide excellent service, and we remain fully committed to resolving any issues when customers allow us the opportunity. We are still here to help, and all options remain open to you. Please feel free to contact us so we can understand your concerns fully and work towards a satisfactory solution.

The cleaners were great
The cleaners were great! They did a fantastic job with deep cleaning our new house--we were very pleased with how thorough they were. Also, everyone in the company was super nice. I managed to give them the wrong address to the house, sending them an hour away, and they were incredibly accommodating about it, they did not charge extra or cut down on the cleaning. I would totally use this company again.

Could be better
The cleaners did an okay job overall. The bathroom and toilet were cleaned well, and I was happy with that part. However, I wasn’t satisfied with the kitchen clean. Upon closer inspection the next day, I noticed finger marks still present, and the insides and sides of the cupboards had visible smudges and marks. I ended up wiping down most of it myself to get it properly clean. The carpet steam cleaning was decent.

Give these guys a superhero cape!
I hired Excellent House Cleaners to clean all the carpets in my house, and they absolutely smashed it! The two guys were super friendly, professional, and did the most amazing job – They went above and beyond what I expected. I mean, who actually moves furniture to clean behind it these days? These folks did – and not just the lightweight stuff. They shifted things I’m pretty sure I had mentally committed to leaving behind if I ever sold the house 😂. They got into every hard-to-reach place.
They somehow removed stains I was convinced were part of the carpet’s DNA at this point (thanks to my 1- and 2-year-old) and even made a burn/damaged mark look virtually undetectable. I honestly didn’t think it was possible, but they proved me wrong in the best way.
The whole house feels fresh, clean, and about 10 years newer. If you’re thinking of booking them – do it. They’re worth every penny and truly live up to their name!
