⭐ Disappointing Service Lost Deposit
I booked an end‑of‑tenancy clean and was extremely disappointed with the standard of the service. Several areas were left uncleaned, including tasks listed in their own checklist. My letting agent’s checkout report confirmed multiple issues caused by the poor clean, and I have now lost a substantial portion of my deposit because of this.

When I raised the issues, the company initially offered a partial re‑clean, meaning they would only return to address the areas they missed — not a full repeat of the service. As I had already vacated the property and the checkout inspection had been completed, this was no longer possible. Their alternative solution was a goodwill refund of just 10% of the £300 I paid, which does not reflect the financial loss or the poor standard of work delivered.

For a service advertised as a “professional end‑of‑tenancy clean,” the results were far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Am really very disappointed as I thought they would do a good job. I paid so much for nothing. Toilet wasn't descaled, windows very dusty and not cleaned despite paying for window cleaning. Simple things were neglected. I'll never patronise or recommend to anyone. Total waste of money and time

If you are looking for a company to undertake your end of Tenancy cleaning, then our advice is to continue looking and give this organisation a miss. We recently used them on a property we own and can only say it was very superficial and seemed rushed. Appreciate the property was left in a bit of a state but isn’t that the reason you use companies like this to sort it out. Basic issues like cobwebs left hanging, light pendants not cleaned and kitchen tops missed etc. not good enough for so called professional cleaners very disappointed.

Abel the guy doing the job was punctual polite and answered any questions we had. Did a first class professional job left the place in immaculate condition really pleased with job done ! .

Ismael and his team came and did an end of tenancy clean. They where efficient but thorough going through all the places we wouldn't of thought of. Brought their own cleaning supplies and just got on with the job.

Ali and his team did an excellent job of cleaning a property I am selling and turned a very dirty house into something clean and welcoming. I was particularly impressed by how well the carpets came up, they removed stains I thought were there for good!

Great service from this company, from the initial quote which was very detailed, the communication from the team was great. Made the payment for the clean online and was given the information of who was to attend my property to clean. Robert was scheduled to arrive between 9am and 9.30am, he arrived within this time and called me when he was on his way so we was prepared for him. He has cleaned the property to a great standard, I would definitely recommend him and The Tenancy Cleaning company. Thanks again Robert! 😀

Cleaning was done to an exceptionally high standard by the three individuals who came. They were all charming and professional throughout the whole process. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone. The booking process was easy and everything went really smoothly.

Strongly recommend Ali’s team. Highly professional and friendly. Left the property cleaner than when it was handed to us at move in. Smooth and stress-free handover - no complaints from the landlord at all.

Ismal and team turned up on time communicated well.
Did a good job on certain areas but sadly windows were left with smears, hob gas knob damaged nothing said and carpets were hoovered but not to a good standard. I ended up hoovering again and filled a new bag from hoovering the house again.
They also missed skirting boards and cupboard tops.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE! THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

From the very beginning of booking this service, it has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Firstly our appointment got cancelled by the company on August 26th AFTER I had to call to see where the cleaner was, as it was already way past the booking time window. Zero communication from the company and lost work and wasted time for me and my partner who were waiting around in the flat.

On the 27th, they eventually came to clean the property, and that next day I requested a re-clean for certain missed spots, a standard service which is INCLUDED in the initial price if the work isnt up to standard.

The re-clean got arranged for 2-2:30 pm on the 29th. Again, the cleaners never showed up and it was US who had to call them AGAIN about 5 times, only to be told around 4 pm, that their previous job was taking longer than expected. Again, ZERO communication and wasted time. They didn't arrive until 5:30, 3 hours later!!!!

The cherry on the cake was finding the oven door dismantled, broken and left for us to find. And if course again, NOBODY even called to inform us of the damage they caused.

This company has cost us money, an inexcusable amount of time, has put our tenancy deposit at risk and has cause us a a lot of distress. The unprofessionalism every step of the way has been out of this world.

Save your money and peace of mind.
