They have professional and friendly…

They have professional and friendly cleaners who pay Keen attention to detail. I was stunned at the transformation of the apartment after the cleaning was completed. I got my full deposit back without any deductions. I highly recommend.

Excellent Service with Judit

Had a great oven clean with team Judit in Manchester, Fawzi from customer support really helped me arranging this on a short notice, the team also did my dishwasher for free! Couldn't reccomend them more.

Following your complaint regarding Job 16848, we carried out a full review of the matter and offered a complimentary re-clean with a different team in line with our standard complaints procedure and Terms & Conditions. You advised that you had already arranged another cleaner and therefore declined the re-clean option.

As an alternative resolution, a partial refund in accordance with our refund policy was offered and subsequently processed after your confirmation to proceed.

We appreciate all customer feedback and take service concerns seriously, including comments regarding staff conduct. All concerns raised were reviewed internally as part of the complaint process.

Had a really bad experience with them

Had a really bad experience with them , paid a chunky amount of money to them and so many areas of the house were left unattended , carpets were not even cleaned properly let alone deep cleaned.
I ended up having £300 deducted by the landlord from deposit.
Please don’t fall into the trap as me and have proper research before booking for End of tenancy cleaners

We have reviewed this matter in full and would like to clarify the complete and documented timeline for transparency.

The cleaning service at your property was completed on 07 March 2026.

On 10 March 2026, we received a complaint via our official complaint form, which included claims regarding missed areas. This was reviewed promptly and responded to on 11 March 2026 in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

As per Section 4.3 of our agreed Terms, the first resolution offered in any cleaning-related complaint is a complimentary re-clean, allowing our team to revisit and address any concerns raised. This option was clearly presented to the customer.

On 11 March 2026 (09:03), you declined the re-clean, stating that access to the property was no longer available. Following this, they requested a refund instead.

In line with the agreed Terms and Conditions, where a re-clean is declined, the maximum applicable refund is 10% of the booking value. A refund of £24.22 was therefore processed on 11 March 2026, and the matter was formally closed as resolved.

No further communication was received after this resolution.

The review currently being posted refers to an event from 07 March 2026, however it appears to have been left on 18 May 2026, more than two months after the case had been fully resolved and closed.

The additional claim regarding a £300 deduction by a landlord was not raised during the official complaint process and was not supported by any evidence submitted at the time of investigation.

To summarise, this case was:
• Fully reviewed upon receipt of the complaint
• Addressed with the contractual remedy (complimentary re-clean)
• Resolved with a refund in line with agreed Terms
• Closed on 11 March 2026

Even one star is too much for this…

Even one star is too much for this company. The guy spend hours cleaning nothing clearly because when he left and the house was still not cleaned to the standard they promised . It was too late for me to even re arrange another clean because I had to hand of the keys to the landlord . They even refused to give me a refund. Disgusting customer service.

Last minute booking, amazing job

I was moving out and am disabled. I needed house cleaners who would do a good job and at very short notice. Tenancy cleaning came up tops. Even after my landlord dropped the bomb that he was having painters prepping the place the day I'd booked the cleaning service, meaning they'd have to work around them. Was no problem. Great service. Instant response. Great rates. I highly recommend them !

Really bad service

Really bad service. Team arrived between 4:30-5pm where actual appointment was at 2pm and finished work late night 11:36pm. Not sure it's intentional or by accident. Kitchen hob looks like not cleaned at all, extractor filter cleaned only one side, other side is full of grease. fridge trays are washed but not cleaned so left watermark everywhere. Sofa not cleaned, all stains are as it is. Lights not cleaned at all. Windows cleaned only from inside but missed few windows in other rooms, carpet deep cleaned but few spots are left uncleaned. Floors mopped but not deep cleaned, shoe marks are present everywhere corners behind furnitures are not cleaned, spider nets not removed. Overall very bad service. They clean areas only which is visible for people on first sight. Hidden areas not cleaned at all. Please be careful when you use this service. Thoroughly check all the areas one by one. Do not let them work at night as things are not clearly visible at room light. They take money in advance so that we can't do anything after they finish work. Please try to give money after satisfactory completion of work. They do not accept it's their fault even after showing videos and pictures. They think it's taken before Cleaning even though pictures has time stamp on it. Finally they have refunded me price for hob cleaning and Sofa cleaning cost. But rest not happy with rest of the house cleaning too as new tenants are moving in and house is in a mess without proper cleaning.

We acknowledge your comments regarding timing and expectations. The extended duration of the visit was due to additional on-site work carried out to address concerns raised during the appointment.

While we understand you are unhappy with the outcome, we do not agree with the assertion that the property was left unclean or that the service was not delivered. Our internal review and operative confirmation support that the work was completed and reviewed on site before sign-off.

The £75 goodwill refund has been issued as a final gesture in relation to the specific items raised.

I've used them twice

I've used them twice, once for a house clean and most recently for carpet cleaning. They were on time, very polite and went out of their way to do a great job. When I mentioned a few things the property agent had raised, the cleaner went out of their way to deal with those issues. They also promptly provide a receipt and take photos for their own records. The online booking is also handy so I could make sure the job was done on time and ready for my check out inspection.
