Christos and Ntemo (I’m not sure if I’ve spelled their names correctly) cleaned my flat today before I move out. They arrived on time and did an exceptionally thorough and spotless job. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Tenancy.Cleaning to anyone looking for a reliable end-of-tenancy cleaning service.

Adin and his team cleaned our whole house from top to bottom this morning. I’ve been suffering with morning sickness and unable to do a proper deep clean myself and have been getting triggered by smells in my house. I mentioned this to Adin on arrival and he was very understanding. He made extra effort to clean the house and eradicate lingering smells to reduce my nausea. He was professional and friendly throughout the service. I would highly recommend this cleaning company.

Had a terrible experience
Paid £292 for an end of tenancy clean. Firstly they were an hour and half late. Then they left after 2.5 hours. I wish I could upload photos because the job they did was laughable. Paid for carpets to be cleaned (they were just hoovered) the kitchen was disgusting. I complained they re booked someone to come back by 6.30pm got to 6.30 they was ignoring my calls. I finally got through to the cleaner himself who told me he wouldn’t be there until 8.30pm! The office was rude and tried to blame me for not complaining quick enough (I complained on the day but wasn’t able to send images as I don’t live there so sent the images the next day) no compensation offered after paying so much money. The cleaner ended up coming the following day and only spent an hour there.
Terrible service. Really disappointed

Fantastic end of tenancy cleaning experience from Ali who was respectful and did a great job of cleaning the listed areas, the bathroom was very tidy and deep cleaning of the carpet looked excellent

Really fantastic experience from Christos for our household clean yesterday. He was so polite and friendly! His attention to detail was amazing and he even went above and beyond, showing me some great tips for cleaning, bringing all his fantastic cleaning equipments and spent more hours than the contracted time to finish the whole house which was gratefully received. The team did an amazing job! Things that I didn’t even know could be cleaned were left in perfect condition! For example there was a mark in the bath, oil stains in the kitchen sink and gunk around the bathroom tap that I just couldn’t get off and this team got rid of it all. We lived in an old, run down property and this team managed to make it feel new. Amazing works, very grateful and for the price I paid; well worth the money.
