Absolutely delighted with this professional, thorough and speedy service. Our oven now looks absolutely brand new. Our shower had mould all over it due to damp and I had given up hope of removing it. This is now completely clear and looks amazing. They were so friendly and polite and asked me to check the work and if I wanted anything else doing. Thank you so much! Jehad and his family team did an excellent job turning a property for me which was in a very poor condition into a clean tidy environment, it was nothing short to miraculous. Excellent services from Mahaan the cleaning assistant
I was told about Mahan, a cleaning assistant from Excellenthousecleaners, by my sister, who was told from a friend about this cleaning company. She is extremely talented and well experienced in house work and takes good care towards clients expectations and needs. And works at a good steady pace to be able follow through all the tasks within the time frame suitable for the client. I have had Mahaan come to my house few times now and she is brilliant. I have had my 4 bedroom flat cleaned by Excellent Services, and I couldn't be more pleased. From the initial quotation to the final results, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
The cleaning crew was incredibly friendly and professional, and the deep steam cleaning they performed on my carpets left them looking brand new. I was truly amazed!
Additionally two appliances that were not included in the original quote were cleaned at no extra charge, which I greatly appreciate. The team went above and beyond, ensuring that I left satisfied with their work. They even offered a free reclean with 48 hours if I noticed anything that needed attention.
The whole heartedly recommend Excellent Service to anyone in need of cleaning. I will definitely reach out to them again for future cleaning needs.

I had a sparkling cleaning done for my flat after some construction work, and the friendly teams at Excellent Services did an outstanding job. Our constructors and painters didn’t make much effort to keep the place clean, leaving the floors covered in dust and paint marks. The professional cleaning team efficiently removed all the stains, leaving everything immaculate.
I received quotes from three other companies, and Excellent Services offered very competitive pricing for their high standards of professionalism.

Disappointing for the price
The company were very communicative and quick to respond to any queries. The price seems a bit expensive. The level of cleaning that the house received was fine, but I would expect better from a deep clean and for that price (especially as the house is already cleaned every two weeks so was not in a bad state to begin with).
I had to ask them to go back and clean some bits again. They did not deal well with grout/limescale removal, which was promised on the quote. They protested about cleaning the fridge (which I’d asked for in the quote), left footprint marks on the stairs, and didn’t dust all of the surfaces. The cleaners worked hard and were nice enough, but it all seemed quite rushed. They weren’t here for as long as I would expect and were nowhere near thorough enough for the price being paid.
Positives are that they did a good job with the oven, worked hard, and were quick. Main negative is that they weren’t very thorough, particularly in the bathrooms.

Regarding the concerns you raised about the quality of the deep clean, we reached out to you to offer a free reclean service, which you declined, as you indicated that the house was generally clean. After investigating the matter with our team, we found that the cleaners did not refuse to clean the fridge but rather informed you of our policy that fridges must be emptied beforehand. Despite this, they emptied and cleaned it professionally and even provided an additional service by cleaning your microwave at no extra cost. Our cleaners also confirmed that they asked if there were any other tasks to attend to before finishing, and they completed the job to the best of their abilities as your satisfaction is our priority. In terms of time, two professional cleaners spent five and a half hours, from 9:50 am to 3:30 pm, which is more than sufficient for the cleaning service provided. We also discussed the price with you and provided various options, but you chose to leave your review as it is. Regarding the limescale removal, as explained during our contact, some older limescale deposits can be very difficult to remove entirely, and while our team worked hard, there is no guarantee for complete removal of very old limescale. We appreciate your feedback on both the positive and negative aspects of our service and will continue to improve based on customer input.

Mustafa and Faredun arrived prompt and prepared for my end of tenancy clean. Even before the service the company was communicative, responsive and reassuring. In person they are kind, friendly, and so thorough! The flat honestly is cleaner than when I first moved in and the carpets have never looked so fresh after the carpet shampooing. These guys mean business! Great price, lovely service. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly book again. Many thanks!
