2 weeks ago I ordered shoes here. They say that it takes 1-2 work days for the shoes to arrive. I decided to email them when it had already been 7 days. When I emailed them it took about 2 days to answer, only for me to find out that it had turned out that they didn’t have the shoes. How is it even possible that you get a notification that your order is going to be send in a few days, but that they eventually decide that they don’t have them after all. I also still need to get my money back and i’m planning on reporting them to the police if they don’t send it quickly. I am never shopping here again and no one else should. If I could give this shop 0 stars I would.

I ordered Yeezy slides over a week ago to take with me on vacation. Received an email that my order was processed and I have not received any shoes to date. When I follow the track and trace number it sticks to label created. So they created a label at UPS but never delivered my package. I am leaving next Saturday and still don't have my shoes. While it says on their website that the delivery should take 1 to 2 days. I recommend you guys to do your order somewhere else. Because if you want your shoes in on time you will not get them here. And they can only be reached by email, where you have to wait a long time for an answer

On the webpage it is stated that delivery times takes 1-2 working days. I ordered the sneakers on 6th of July, which means that 4 working days have passed, and in the meantime I received only 2 email answers without any clear information when the sneakers will be shipped or delivered. In the first email I was told quote: "We are working hard to process your order. I would like to ask you to
let me know if you do not receive a message within 2 days that your
order has been shipped. Then I will immediately see what I can do for
you!" This message came after I already waited for two working days, which practically means that I was asked to wait two more working days.

I asked them to either provide clear and precise information immediately or to cancel the order and refund my money, after which I received th following answer, quote:

"I see that no track and trace code has been created. This means that no deal has been made with the supplier. Other than that I can't see anything substantive. That's why I ask you to wait 2 days.
I will contact the department store from which your shoes are shipped regarding the status and email you back."

I am still waiting for them to get back with me. Unfortunately, if they don't refund me my money I will be left we no choice but to report them to the police and the comitte for protection of consumer rights.
