Accounting Nightmare

The software works well according to our technicians; however, the billing and account support is terrible. The amount of turnover in these departments is incredible. Issues never get resolved because you can never speak to the same person. And as soon as you think you are making headway, poof they are gone!

Very easy to log a ticket about my issue, quick response from their support team, Jasmine Hotham-Tunnadine was excellent has put forward my suggestion to the development team as a possible feature to include in a later release. She provided further details and links about using custom fonts which was really helpful, keep up the good work and product development.

I uploaded a special font which cause…

I uploaded a special font which cause the signature to be rendered. And that gave me some problems, trying to design the signature so it looked nice. And I also a problem with all users being hit by the signature. But the support did a great job helping out. And now everything works fine.

Had issues setting up after migration…

Had issues setting up after migration from google to 365, team assisted really well fixing the config issue. Try the routing setup from edge in private and don’t attempt to start until exclaimer kill the google instance. Also make sure to download branding logos etc as they don’t export with the signature

No HTML support and editor is poor

The platform does not allow direct HTML editing, and the built in editor is extremely restrictive. It struggles with basic layout tasks such as placing images within text or creating more advanced formatting structures.

Overall, the experience felt clumsy and outdated, and the interface was not particularly intuitive or easy to use.

A very satisfied customer

My ticket was picked up by the support team very quickly and the whole experience was very positive. Troubleshooting instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. The issues was resolved and Tom was a pleasure to deal with.

Good Platform, Great Customer Service.

Good Platform, good response times from customer service.

Had one issue with setting up a shared mailbox signature. Asked for a meeting to do this together. Hanna helped me to solve the problem within minutes.
