Scam company, no way to contact them.

Not been providing the service I’m paying for.

No signatures for months.

Try to cancel online - cannot login in.

Reset password - no reset email sent.

Try cancel on website - need to log in to get unique ID code.

Call up to cancel - they’re all on lunch.

Cancel DD.

They set up DD again.

Reply to email **which states reply to this email if you did not request cancellation** and get an automatic reply that email is not monitored.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

Avoid company at all costs.

I’ll get block the company from setting up DD and make them call me.

I’ve screen shot and have details of all my cancellation requests, ready for court.

Exclaimer is the go to signature software

Exclaimer is the go to signature software - it's a complete no brainer.
Lalita and Hanna made the migration process from Pax8 seamless. The software itself is absolute must have for any medium or larger business - I recommend to all my clients.

Great experience with the Renewals Team

First point of contact for this issue was Harry Carter and he was very responsive with my request for assistance and clearly explained what we needed to do on our end to resolve the issue.
Once we had submitted a revised PO as per the process, the next team member to assist was Lalita Purohit who was also amazing with the information and quick updates as our case progressed to resolution.
I'm very impressed!

Ex claimer support = garbage

Ex claimer support = garbage?
I paid the longstanding invoices using the credit card and It still showing as outstanding, I submitted like 12 support tickets and still no response. What kind of human works for this company, are these people cold blood and not like us. Last year using this service.

Easy to use service

Easy to use service. I love it that you can create multiple signature folders in the Admin editor panel, because we have multiple locations which each their own editors and signature design. Fast support, simple UI and setup with Entra AD. Very good over al.
Con: cant work in HTML to edit or past old signature based on HTML for easy import to Exclaimer. So if you have a lot of signature to migrate to Exclaimer, keep in mind that you have to re-design them all manually. Maybe good for a signature refresh anyway ;). I give it a 4,5!

Professional service and excellent support!

From my initial enquiry, through Zoom meetings for set up and design this has been an quick and easy implementation and my Company are delighted by the professional results.

My query last week about reply emails was quickly dealt with by Alan Stephenson, he was friendly, informative and helpful sorting it out. As with several set up queries, the Exclaimer staff, even when not a priority issue have been very supportive and nothing has been a problem.

Very happy to recommend Exclaimer for email signatures, they deliver what they offer and their customer service is exceptional.
