Exclaimer improving their Customer Service function

Exclaimer looks to be improving their Customer Support, in this case in the account administration area. In the past we have seen several issues with billing information, and which was always difficult to get corrected, but the experience this time was better. It took some time but the issues got resolved.

Better Reports

Suresh Panakkal was great and managed to get me the information that helped and directed me to a better report to use. What I didn't like was the hunt I had to go on to find out who our "active users" are with Exclaimer. Even the report I received still didn't list the 57 users for which we were billed, but it provided a closer list than the one that listed 144 users. Having the ability to actually pull who our active users are and who we are being billed for would improve system usability a lot
