I had a serious accident that wasn't my fault and was really confused about the best way to handle it. Had the at fault insurer in touch and my own company but I took a punt on this independent company - I'm really glad I did. To date the communication and the assistance and associated peace of mind has been fantastic. From replacement car to dealing with my written off car and the personal injury/loss side has all been first rate, friendly and professionally dealt with. My claim is ongoing at this stage but but thus far I couldn’t recommend more highly!

False information.

Straight forward claim where I was stationed at a red traffic light and someone when into the back of me. After a few weeks I was told my car would be wrote off and the money would be in my bank in about 2 days. After many phone calls and none return of my calls plus numerous excuses the money was finally in my bank 3 weeks from the 2 days they said. After your response a few hours ago to inform you that I didn’t speak to your company yesterday as you stated it was the day before and only because I instigated the phone call to ask yous what was going on.

I have reviewed your case file and can see that unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, led by the at fault party insurer who made the settlement payment to you, the settlement cheque was issued to an incorrect address on two occasions.

I can further see that you discussed your case with my colleague yesterday, and settlement has now been received by BACS.

Highly recommended!

I cannot commend Exclusive Hire Solutions highly enough.  I found them to be extremely friendly, helpful and efficient from beginning to end - my advisor there was Conor Bicket.  They guided me seamlessly throughout the whole process and made what is normally a stressful time very stress-free. My car was written off and a courtesy car was provided immediately and they also arranged swift remuneration for my accident. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Service

From the start it was clear on the process of my claim and all questions asked were answered. I am over the moon with my repairs and can’t even tell it was damaged. The handlers at exclusive hire were always helpful and it will be the first place I call if ever in an accident again

They don't have no clue how to handle insurance. No customer service they don't have no idea what happened cuctomes
Right after that comments their manager call me back he updated me and handel the situation.
Oh well problem solved my was still I am not aggre what happened should quick and professional act the beginning.
Handelers should get proper train act professional and have to get more knowledge
