Excellent service from Heather dealing with a very difficult customer

A few hiccups with the individual who was dealing with my case. Thos person left the firm and everything was resolved efficiently.

Superb service from start to finish didint have to chase anything up was kept updated through out. Also was really impressed with the speed everything was sorted.

From Nov- Feb 2022 Heather took the stress away when selling my mums house which was an emotional time for me. Also purchased a property through her aswell. She was amazing always on the end of the phone to reassure and gave great advice, she took control of all the legal things as my head was all over the place with emotions. She went out of her way for me and the strength I needed. She was always pushing things along and was on the ball. Samantha was fab too kept me updated and in the loop Both lovely to deal with.
