This is totally a scam. I did a CVS survey and was told to pay only shipping charges of $8.95. A few days later, I was charged $186.00 for a Titan robot vacuum. When I called customer service, they didn't know who they were doing customer service for. After a long conversation, they agreed to send me another one free of charge, just to shut me up. Please don't do these surveys.

This is such a big scam. I took a survey and it did not say anywhere that I would be charged 28.44 and when I asked for a refund back to my card. I was told I would on be credited back 8.52. So please be careful of the survey's you take. THIS IS A BIG SCAM!!!

Complete fraud company. I received some survey supposedly from CVS and after it was over was suppose to get a free gift and pay only for shipping. A month later I had a charge for $86 under a name I have never heard of (CompleteHand). When I called they said this was a monthly membership fee to their website for "exclusive discounts". Obviously no one would agree to such a thing. They also claimed to send me an email for a $125 discount on their website, which of course I never got. The piece of junk they sent me was worth about $20 or less. Competley refused to take my complaint seriously. Total fraud, dont give them any information!

Two different orders online, each on a different day, as gifts. BOTH advertisements showed two of each item in the sales pitch BUT only one of each item actually came. In one case, did check warranty price; in other did not BUT charged in both cases. SURPRISE- turns out when bought one of these was enrolled in "the program" whatever that was, because never knowingly "enrolled". (In tiny print? That impossible to read on phone?) Despite website indicating easy customer service, they refused to refund my $86.31 for "the program" despite calling when opened card card statement 7 within the 31 day window. Frustrating experience all the way around! BUYER BEWARE!!

First of all I thought I was ordering from TEMU. I ordered a handheld vacuum and a mini screwdriver and received both. Can't remember what I thought I was paying but it was under $20 for EACH Without my permission they took an additional $40 EACH OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Turns out that the money was a fee for a membership to their warehouse. $80 total. I called and was told by some girl that could barely speak English that I should have read the small print! I recall no small print.
Thought I was ordering from TEMU!!!
TEMU is first in line for allowing this fraudulent company to operate on their website. They should be protecting their customers from Vultures like EGWD..Exclusive Gadget Warehouse Direct!!!!

Well they tried to steal my money.....They charged my card without my authorization...and wouldn't respond to any of my inquiries other than to send me to a third party phone answering service manned (of course) by technicians who do not speak english. I never ordered anything nor ereceived anything from them.....but lost money

This company came up on my credit card as Elegantglassglazeandpa?? WHAT?!? I immediately called my cc company and disputed these charges.. ..yes CHARGES they charged me a shipping fee of $5.82 on 12/20/23 and a charge of $89.95 on 12/23/23!! I called the number they had on my statement ( I had already talked to BOA and disputed these charges) and they told me it was for a back massager. I recalled having to pay for shipping and handling for that item after I took a survey from one of my trusted sites (can't recall now) I told them I never received anything. And asked what was the $89.95 for? It was for a subscription I agreed to supposedly for a monthly charge of $89.95 to get between $100-$125 worth of free stuff monthly! BS I would never do that! And I read the fine print and uncheck boxes they check on your behalf. I asked for a tracking number, she gave it to me and said the Post Office had yet to receive the item. I said well then it hasn't shipped! Cancel it. She was "only a 3rd party answering service" and couldn't do anything. She couldn't even cancel my "subscription" which I had to do within 48 hours of agreeing to it on 12/28!! She gave me their website swiftdealsdaily.com in order to contact them There was no phone # and even worse NO EMAIL ADDRESS TO CONTACT THEM!! There was no way at all to contact them to get my money back, to cancel this BS subscription service etc! Thank goodness BOA cancelled my cc and put fraud alerts for these charges on my cc and took them off! I found in the bottom corner of a page the name ConsumerDirectSavings and it brought me here. I hope I can save someone the hassle and angst of trying to deal with yet another scam artist!

I ordered a $5.25 item for a gentle glide razor I think like a box cutter with replacement blades. I never received it. But shortly after I was charged $86.31 for a tool set that you can buy at Walmart for $25. I called my bank denied the charges. It went away for a few days then popped back up I called bank and said they couldn’t refuse it because charge went thru. So when I talked to temu today they said that wasn’t their product. Spam website to steal your money. I called the number 833-554-5222 sounded like a woman with foreign accent in a wind tunnel heavy accent hard to understand what she was saying. Expensive lesson to learn. I do like the tool set.

It's a SCAM. Saw a Special Offer on Twitter and Ordered a backpack for $5.99 and a day or so later there was an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Had to cancel my card and get a new one- BTW, I never received the backpack

Full on SCAM. Uses different corporate names for ads vs. billing, no mention of subscriptions. Too good to be true...yep, it's full on cr*p!

They took 76$ and hid it in the terms so watch their hands and make sure they are showing 10 fingers im hoping someone steals from them so I got the drone that ended up costing 90$+ change for a 14.99$ drone with bad instructions and parts i don't know where they are supposed to be going but I know where I would love yo stick this drone and I do think that They are going to sit comfortably so watch out

I ordered a WIFI booster and paid for shipping and handling! Upon reading these reviews I called their phone number (866) 979-9572 immediately to cancel my order! I explained to the representative my reason to cancel and she told me that customers often call to complain that they have been charged for a subscription or product that they did no order! Evidently, in the very small print is a statement that you will be also charged for a subscription for something else!!?
So, the old saying that " If it is too good to be true, it probably is" is a very good and wise adage!
Another is "Buyer beware"

Received notice from my bank they asking me if i purchased something for $74.12 from Empire. Fortunately there was a phone # as part of the message. I called the # and was total i ordered a drone where I only pay shipping and handling, plus a monthly membership. I had ordered nothing. The representative said he canceled the membership and I would not be charged and I do not have to return the drone.

Why are dishonest businesses like this allowed to prey on unsuspecting folks?

They told me dash cam for shipping and SD card.i used a prepaid debit. They tried to charge 78.67. I had no money on card. My card company refused charge and locked my card. No other money involved. That is why I used a prepaid debt card. Card was locked and cancelled.

Total Scam: Got charged $86.31 for either a voucher or a service plan I did not order. Was told it had to be cancelled and that the information was in the fine print. The confirmation of purchase email for a fitness tracker had no fine print and no way to cancel. Reason for the charge changed every time I called customer service -- another company that fronts for the merchant. SCAM

They never notified me of a membership or even a fee

I also got scammed for a subscription fee for a monthly membership that was not duscernable when ording a free item for shipping charges only. I usually scroll through the terms and conditions to be sure I'm not signing anything like that. They billed $88 for the subscription but would not refund it. They say they canceled ongoing charges. Also was supposed to get a credit voucher I did not receive. If I do a credit card dispute they will win saying I signed up for this invisible membership. I will try the # others who received refunds used and also try saying I will call the States attorney.
Update: Just called 8662104316. Threatened to call FTC, FBI and States attorney. She kept pretentending to talk to a manager. First offering 30% refund, and after refusing and sending her back, it was 60 then 80 until they said I'd get 100%. Still will see if it actually arrives. Thanks to others here I got angry enough to get my $ back. Go get them fellow victims.

Rating is no stars at all. Total SCAM! Dishonest thieves scamming everyone. Took me for the ride.

This is a scam!

This company gives you a great deal on something and then tries to give you a "membership" to a warehouse without ever telling you that they will be charging you almost $90 for it.

On the plus side, when I called them and told them about it, they did cancel the membership. Just to be safe, cancel your card that you used!
