Scammers

I wish I could give them zero stars. Scam do not click anything on their page. I was also charged $82.45. when I called them to dispute the charge, they said they would cancel my membership that I never agreed to, or signed up for. But I would not be getting a refund. They said they would give me a voucher or a gift card for $120. I told them this was unacceptable and I needed to speak to a supervisor. I was told the supervisors were not taking any calls. The charge appears as Backyardmakersflorist. Ha! what a joke! I am going to report them to the FTC.

Zero stars and 100% a scam

Zero stars and 100% a scam. You are automatically signed up for multiple $80+ monthly accounts. No fine print and you can’t just unselect the deal like most other sites. Do not fall for anything this company is part of.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THESE PEOPLE

So the advertisement was for a flashlight. It said "Free" only pay for shipping. At the last minute. I thought somethings wrong so I cancelled, well the cancel stalled and I closed the webpage. My bank called me from the fraud dept and I told them it was fraud. Somehow the $7.98 shipping charge went thru. Eclusive Gadget Warehouse Direct charged me another $82.45 for a membership I wasn't aware of. My bank gave me their number 866-210-4316. I called them after some arguing they refunded me 70% for nothing- I did not get anything from them they just took my money because their sysyem gliched and I got charged. I lost $25.26 and got nothing for it. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS THESE PEOPLE

I ordered a Wi-fi extender and was…

I ordered a Wi-fi extender and was charged 7.98 that came from a name of Smoothelectricrazorsupplier and another charge of 3.97 from clever sewing. I don't recognize any of these names. I ordered with my Cash App card and put just enough for what I needed. I checked my cash app account after notification saying it declined a charge of $82.45 and not enough on my card. It pays to use a prepaid card and only put what you need on the card at the time of purchase. I only got taken for $12.

This company charged me Approximately…

This company charged me Approximately $86 dollars and said it was for a warehouse membership I did not order. They kept calling telling me the charge was nonrefundable. They used a spoof number to harass me about canceling the charge. This company is a total scam.

Only ordered a drill on discount, scam website

Only ordered a drill on discount. Then my card is charged 87.99 more. Called twice. They will not give a refund. They said I signed up for a membership, in no page did I see that or authorize that. Then I came on here and saw the other reviews. Realized they are a scam unfortunately. I will be trying to get my refund until I succeed!

Got a link for a LED Headlamp

Got a link for a LED Headlamp. Ordered the headlamp for $5.87 shipping, then had a charge 3 days later for another $69.81. Disputed the charge with my Credit Card company. Also called the customer service # I was given and they said I failed to cancel my new subscription service, after a go-around and threat to notify my state Attorney General they gave a full refund. The headlamp arrived with no instructions, or what any info on what size battery it takes, as it's not AA or AAA.

Same song

Same song, seventh verse. I receive offers from other companies that offer products and only charge shipping. They are all legit and I have not had a problem. Exclusive gadget warehouse sent me an email with a similar offer. I don't know where they obtained my email but I didn't pay attention to whom it was from and ordered the product. Next thing I know is I've been charged $89.95 for something I didn't order or receive.

I called the company and had any future charges stopped (after a brief argument) but could not get refund.

Scammed like other reviewers

In reading other reviews, I too, was scammed by this company. When I received a request to give a survey on Sam's Club and receive a free gift, paying only for shipping, I thought, "This is Sam's Club! This is legitimate." FALSE! After sending the survey and approving the shipping fee payment on my credit card, a few days later, I found a $89.95 charge on my credit card! I called the number on the transaction charge, 1-844-347-7993, explaining I did not authorize the $89.95 and wanted it refunded. The person I spoke with assured me it was cancelled, gave me a cancellation code and led me to believe I would receive a refund to my credit card. After a few days I checked my credit card balance and found the refund had not been made. I contacted my credit card holder and placed a dispute on the charge and again called the number. This person told me I could not get a refund as I had authorized the charge by selecting the free gift. I absolutely refuted this! I saw nothing that informed me I was subscribing to a service and would be charged a ridiculous fee. I've called this number several times, but have found out this is a "middle man" and not actually Exclusives Gadget Warehouse Direct personnel. When I've asked to speak to someone in charge, I've been given a runaround. I just want a refund! If a customer is not satisfied, in all instances I know of, a refund is granted. I feel as an over 80-year old female, I was definitely taken advantage of. My dispute is ongoing, but so far, no luck in the charge being reversed.

This "Company" is a Complete Scam

This company is a complete scam. Sadly, if you're seeing this review, you are like many others who ran afoul of not seeing that they buried a "membership" into the free whater you bought "but only paid shipping" for. They do this across Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, and a hundred other places.

The products you get are cheap Chinese knock-offs, the likes of which you can buy on Wish or TEMU for less than half of whatever you just paid for shipping. This company will then try to bill you monthly for upwards of $88, and sometimes more if they can charge your card multiple times without you knowing it.

Your best course of action right now is to cancel the card that you used for this transaction and report this company to you bank or credit card company for fraud. If they have your card info, it's a near 100% likelihood that they will charge it again in the very near future. I am sorry this happened to you. I almost fell for it myself.

Do NOT purchase from Exclusive Gadgets Warehouse Direct

I saw their ad for a free blender bottle while on a different website. The ad popped up like an offer that may have been a part of the site I was already viewing. The ad stated to pay shipping only for the bottle. I paid the shipping amount, with insurance, for a total of $9. I received an email confirmation of the order but it appeared under a different name than what was displayed. The email was VERY basic. It didn't include the amount I paid, no confirmation info, nothing. It just showed a blue link to activate my account. I found this odd since I didn't check any boxes or have any indication of what this account was. Needless to say, I did not click the link. A few days later, my card was charged $82.11. I called to dispute and cancel whatever this was at which time I was advised I would lose monthly voucher for $125 to use on their site. I explained I never signed up for this and I would not spend that on anything monthly anyway so I never would have signed up for that. I received a confirmation number but the refund was not issued. I called back and was advised that I signed up when I made the purchase of the blender bottle. I advised I did not confirm anything like this and requested three refund. The young lady on the office kept saying she could only refund 30%. I asked to speak to a supervisor to which she replied they follow the same protocol. I asked again to speak to a supervisor. She then said she could refund 50% but that's the most she could do. I asked for the supervisor again and was finally transferred. The next young lady had a tone that sounded as if she was really annoyed and she stated that by purchasing I signed up and she could only refund 50%. I advised fine, but I would be contacting my bank and attorney in reference to their charges and practices. She quickly responded no need to involve them and she would refund the full amount as a one time courtesy and then quickly disconnected the call. After the call, I checked my email to make sure and I never received the $125 voucher they claimed they emailed to me and I definitely did not subscribe to what they were offering. I can confirm I did not receive this email. I am now waiting to see if I receive my refund. I am also reporting them to the FTC and BBB, and informed my bank about what happened to ensure that I receive my money back. By the way, the bottle I purchased doesn't even work.

Scam company making unauthorized subscription charges

I saw their ad on Facebook for a free Magsafe (pay-only shipping) in exchange for a review. After availing, I received an email confirmation of the order for only the magsafe. A few days later, my card was charged $86.31. After disputing this and having my card blocked and canceled by the bank, I found out that the transaction was made by a company called Fortify Healthy Pet Accessories. After calling the company, they explained that I had made some sort of subscription for a $125 voucher and that it was emailed to me. I never subscribed to anything and never received said email or voucher. The person on the phone could not give me a clear explanation about the transaction and could not send a confirmation email stating that the transaction was canceled and my money will be refunded. She gave some convoluted excuses about how they cannot send emails from the call center. After asking her for another avenue to request documentation, she directed me to the Exclusive Gadgets Warehouse Direct website. After calling their hotline, the supposed subscription was canceled but again, they claim that they cannot provide me with a confirmation document attesting to this cancellation and refund of my money. I already reported them to FTC, BBB, and Scam Pilot. I also plan to inform my bank about what happened to ensure that the dispute is ruled in my favor.
