After several weeks of interrupted…
After several weeks of interrupted service I’m disappointed that the service has still not been fixed!! I’ve reported to my local office numerous times and still waiting for someone to sort it out! Been with telecable for years and no problems but since excom took over it’s very unreliable.

We had poor Internet for more than a…
We had poor Internet for more than a week. We have run their diagnostic App which get fed to their servers. Sent numerous emails and spoke to customer services.
Come on guys 1 mbps is nor good enough when we are paying for 15mbps.
In the land of AI why can't they locate the problem and fix it in hours.
They are taking money on false pretences
