We recently moved to La Marina and had to change the install dates a few times due to Notary issues.
Max at our local office took it in his stride and booked it into a day that suited,topman and thanks.
The engineer was in and out within 30 minutes and was very helpful.

the download speed sometimes drops to…even slower on New Years
the download speed sometimes drops to less than 7mb at 10.05am and is never faster than 70mb. I am continually sat watching a blank screen What is even worse, on New years day the speed dropped to 2.7mb

very good provider with good service
Excom is a very good company, with good service and help at the frontoffice.
The Denia office help me very good with ending of a fibre and telephone contract by a former provider.
The new connection by Excom was completed in 2 days.
Now having a speedy Internet fibre connection and 2 mobile phones with good connection en enough data per month.
No problems at all.

Rogue Traders
Rogue Traders - Do not use this company. They operate with a None existent customer service. I tried over several months to explain the change in our circumstances (Property in CALPE Sold and is now with new owners - who have changed internet service provider)
I tried contacting EXCOM - Customer services myself directly, to explain the situation and filled in relevant forms etc …. In order to finalise and end the contract. Thinking this would be a straight forward procedure, I also made contact with them through my fiscal advisor, who has POA - and also through my Ex-rental agents- ( Abahana Villas in CALPE) To confirm that no internet service has been provided at the property in question since mid October 2024. Yet this company continued to issue monthly invoices to me and have helped themselves to money from my Bank Account of over 400 Euros plus - for a service they are no longer providing and have not provided in well over a year. To put a stop to this nonsense i have had to go to the Bank in order to cancel the direct debit payments - that they were helping themselves to monthly. Unbelievably they continue to issue invoices. Even though it has been explained repeatedly through various different channels that they are no longer providing us with a service. If EXCOM continue to harass me in this way I will be forced to take legal advise to reclaim the monies they have taken fraudulently from my Bank Account and also Compensation for the distress they have caused in the farcical dealings with them over the course of the last 14 months. I will also be looking into reporting EXCOM to the telecommunications Ombudsmen - who will investigate the underhand business practices of EXCOM communications and hopefully have them shut down for malpractice.

Communication with Excom was excellent…
Communication with Excom was excellent from the installation of the street cable (where there was none previously) and connection into the house, through to the installation of the router and the setup of the phones. Pleasure to note that the system when running and checked actually delivered what was advertised. All staff were always pleasant and answered, or solved, every query that we had no matter how small. A pleasure to deal with.

Worst company ever. Totally unreliable. When technicians make a mistake they say the customer accepted the damage they make. We accepted one mistake but we are informed by the company that we accepted two. Please avoid using them. Your home will be more secure.
