Massive scam, had to block my bank card as they tried to take 79 pounds out my account which I did not sign up for. When you buy fast track it takes a long time to receive passes, I bought at airport and they took too long to arrive so useless to me, just says pending. This is a company who Robb's you blind AVOID

Extremely misleading and frustrating

I purchased a Fast Track voucher for Porto's airport through this website at 15:56, for €11, shortly before my flight. It was the first website that came up on Google, and I was in such a rush that I didn't question whether it was the airport's official website.

I received the payment confirmation but not the QR code, and my account remained “Processing”, with no indication about how long I needed to wait! It was eventually delivered at 16:10 only - 14 minutes later! With my gate closing at 16:30, waiting blindly that long for a security QR code was simply not an option, so, seeing that the QR code was not arriving, I ended up purchasing a Fast Track ticket at the airport kiosk at 16:03.. if only I did that directly (I already passed the boarding pass scan, and the kiosk was outside - that's why i wanted to get the pass online asap)!

I requested a refund for the unused €11 voucher. Despite providing the timestamps and proof of my second purchase, they repeatedly refused. Their explanation? They had already paid the airport, so they “cannot refund money they don't have anymore.”.. Lol.. If a company is unable to refund €11 because it has already transferred the money to its supplier, that's quite concerning.

They also keep repeating that the voucher was eventually delivered and therefore the service was “fulfilled”, completely ignoring the fact that I had to pay twice for a service I only used once, and that i wasn't able to use theirs because it needed 14 minutes to be delivered in a very time-sensitive moment!

Even more concerning: this purchase apparently enrolled me in a €79 recurring subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. This was not clearly communicated, and I only discovered it because I happened to check the messages in my customer account. There was no proper email recap of the full transaction. Had I not checked, I would never have known.

The unsubscribe link didn't work (!!), so I had to email them to cancel. They confirmed cancellation, yet the following day my account still showed “Subscription is pending cancellation” - renewing on 29 Nov 2026.

For me, this is no longer about €11. It's about transparency and principle. The whole experience is unnecessarily opaque and misleading, and end up being extremely time-consuming. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

Scam - took money from me and refused a refund

Similar to another reviewer, I purchased a £10 fast track ticket, only to find a £79 debit for an annual subscription on my card a few days later, along with the £10. Went to their website and found an auto renew subscription which I cancelled. I emailed to ask for a refund for the £79 which they refused.
Avoid this service which is clearly a scam.

Avoid avoid avoid! Scammers

Tried to get a fast pass while travelling. I logged into the page and proceeded with my transaction. All was going well until I was notified that they where unable to provide the fast pass, I had received receipt of my 20 euro payment, notification of being unable to fulfil the transaction and notification they would be processing with a refund of the charged 20euro, all within minutes of my transaction. Wow great customer service, until!

Fast forward a week later my account is debited 79 euro no notification of subscription and the worst customer service.

Fine print scam

I went online and searched to purchase a fast track security pass in Stuttgart Airport

Exec Pass advertised passes for €1

I purchased. I didn’t even receive any passes

3 days later I was charged €79(!!!)

On the fine print at checkout it says you are signing up for a subscription service

Extremely predatory behaviour

Scam. Just tried to take 79 euro from my account. Luckily it was blocked.
💯 Avoid. I tried to get fast track and it took €2 but then said they could not provide fast track at this stage.
Absolute nonsense site and offerings.
