First class! I ordered online after reading the advice on buying a multi gym. I am 5'3" and discovered from the advice on the website that the fixed seat ones are no good for ladies of my height as the seat can not be moved. I went for the more expensive movable seat option. It was delivered today. Next step is putting the machine together!!!

Beware of delivery options!! Poor comms
I paid £25 for a Saturday delivery before 1pm, and my order was delivered on the Monday when nobody was at home.
Sent two emails to this company now and had no response.
Communication was just terrible throughout the order - non existent.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for my smith machine arriving on time. When i opened the box I was firstly amazed by the build quality of the gym. Secondly, I was very excited to put it together as knew it would look great when finished.. Your customer service are also very polite.
The Everlast Evergel weight lifting gloves are also perfect. Im a slim build 12stone and XL is the best fit ever.
I'm happy I've found a good fitness company I can pure-trust.. 100% Satisfied. Im thinking about getting some free weights from you next..

All most perfect
No real problems, picked an item, paid for it and it got delivered very quickly, only negative was that the service I chose was the tracked one and I didn't a tracking number. if this had been supplied it would have been 5 stars all the way. Will definitely buy from again though.

Shocking delivery service
Exercise use Royal Mail to deliver their goods one week after ordering and paying for next day delivery Royal Mail have no idea where parcel is !! Therefore cannot rate goods as not received.
