Wow much better than that Plymouth place, go here instead

This firm is very good, will work with you to get you what you need, and not what is more expensive to sell to you. I have full confidence with them and trust them, as I'm only going to need more mobility kit in the future. Don't go to that place in Plymouth. Go here instead.

SHOCKING treatment

SHOCKING treatment. I used them to get a powerchair hired on Motability, and after 2 visits for assessment and to try the chair with everything going fine, they suddenly refused to allow me to order the chair I so need. I've got physical postural issues as a result of waiting over a year for a suitable powerchair, having waited endlessly on the NHS and now they've thrown me back to them, when I'm stuck on an ill fitting chair I hired during lock down whilst I wait, which means each day in pain and more potential damage to my health. Their reason was simply it didn't suit my needs, which is utter rubbish. I beleive the fact that another mobility place who didn't assess me properly (even though they did) is the reason for all this...basically I was told by Exeter Disability they don't want to pay out a lot for a chair if it's not going to be suitable for me. Well the other company before them made the mistakes, not me, so I used the Motability cooling off period. Now it looks like I'll be forever penalised for it. The manager argued over the phone with me, and made it about the cost of the chair and also the inconvenience of travel to see me as they are about an hour away from me...even though they were fine to be of service to me to start with. Terrible. Yet I was happy with the chair when I tried it. I can't understand the inhumanity of people these days, and particularly within healthcare. My quality of life is being ruined by all this. RUINED. I imagine it's some kind of cost cutting tactic by the manager. How selfish and cruel. AVOID THIS COMPANY as they will lead you up a garden path only to abandon you when you most need it.
