I ordered a bottle of Northmoor Gin to be delivered to friends as a present. Initially I mistyped the gift card (darn you autocorrect!) but after a hasty email to Exmoor Distillery they changed it without any problem. My friends loved their gift, in particular all the information that was sent with the bottle. Will definitely come back again! Many thanks

Excellent service. I ordered a bottle of Northmoor Gin online and it arrived postage free in 3 days. This is now my favourite gin having first sampled it whilst on our annual holiday to Exmoor. We visited the distillery to buy a bottle and were kindly shown around by John and were very impressed by his enthusiasm for his product.

Absolutely brilliant service and wonderful gin. I ordered for a birthday present for a friend and had some issues regarding payment but Nicola was so helpful in sorting this out and arranging delivery. Best gin and wonderful service, will use again and visit when I am back in Dulverton after lockdown. Highly recommend.

We came across this wonderful gin at Dunster village at a fete in early December when restrictions allowed us to have a weekend away . Wow! It is now top of our list of favourite gins and we have just taken delivery of another bottle. No dry January for us! Back to customer service, we ordered our bottle on the well organised web site and our bottle arrived well packaged, very efficient. Would highly recommend.

Have visited their distillery several times and purchased, in my opinion one of the best craft gins produced, when staying in Dulverton. Ordered a last minute Christmas present for a relative when lockdown rules changed, which not only arrived on time but also contained a Christmas greeting to my relative that they had hand written for me. Thank you so so much for going out of your way to do that..
