4 days and still nothing – Support is completely unresponsive!

I am extremely frustrated with this service. I initiated a BTC to XMR swap 4 days ago, and the funds have still not arrived in my wallet. I have already sent multiple emails to support and left a previous review, but I have received zero helpful communication or a resolution.
​My money is currently stuck in limbo and the support team is nowhere to be found. Since the service failed to complete the swap as promised, I am demanding a full refund of my funds to my original address immediately.
The BTC says its confirmed but it never arrived my XMR wallet

In such cases, the transaction requires additional verification, and we are only able to proceed with the swap if we receive your explicit consent to the DEX conditions. Unfortunately, we did not receive this confirmation, so we were unable to process the exchange.

I have already contacted your support multiple times via email and provided all required details, including TXID and transaction ID.

Your support previously confirmed that the transaction failed AML check and that a refund would be processed. However, after more than 7 days, I have not received any refund.

Now you are claiming that you cannot find my transaction, which is completely unacceptable and contradicts your previous responses.

This is not a lack of information — this is a failure in your internal support process.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this case further across multiple public platforms.

Process my refund immediately or provide a valid explanation with proof.

UPDATE:

No refund received after more than 7 days.

I have already contacted support multiple times and provided all required details (TXID and Transaction ID).

Support confirmed AML issue and refund, but no funds have been returned.

Waiting for refund TXID or immediate refund.

This delay is unacceptable.

Victims of refund disputes, please take note.

Although I submitted my official refund address to Exolix, I experienced a case in which the refund was sent to a different address that I did not authorize. Exolix mentioned an investigation, partner log review, and the possibility of a refund, but has still not provided any substantive resolution.
Anyone who has experienced a similar issue should preserve their evidence and promptly report it through official channels such as FBI IC3. I have also filed reports with FBI IC3 and the Korean National Police cybercrime reporting system. Repeated disputes of this kind must be subject to formal investigation.

Update:

Exolix now claims that more details are needed to identify my case. That is difficult to accept.

I have already given their team ample time since February 14. Their own staff told me that the case was under investigation, that partner logs would be reviewed, and that there may have been a misunderstanding on the partner side. I also retain the full record of those statements.

The core issue remains unchanged: my confirmed refund address was not paid.

I will not grant any further open-ended time for investigation. I will pursue accountability for the handling of this case and for any continued failure to provide a clear final determination.

If Exolix continues to respond with excuses and avoidance instead of a clear final determination, it will only deepen the record of inconsistency surrounding this case.

I recently made a transcation on exolix…

I recently made a transcation on exolix and was told my conformations was 18/18, then to be shown ‘ Transaction is overdue
Please, create a new exchange unless you have sent the funds. If the funds have been sent, please, wait for the confirmation from the system.’
Usually there is a live chat that have solved this issue promptly however it seems live chat is now gone… I have emailed but yet to hear back. The transaction was sent my side so now im out of pocket… I hope this can be resolved with a refund or with the exchange being made, take into account my wallet address has changed since . (Refund address still the same)

Funds received on XRPL- NO swap delivered, NO support response EVER in 9 days!

UPDATE Feb 19, 2026: After repeated contact attempts, Exolix executed payout 10 days after both orders expired and sent funds to a wallet address not belonging to me.

I initiated two SOLO → USDC swaps through Exolix. (15,000 Sologenic each)

Both transactions were successfully confirmed on the XRP Ledger. The SOLO was delivered to the XRPL address provided by Exolix, with correct destination tags. Ledger validation confirms receipt.

However:
• No USDC was delivered.
• No SOLO was returned.
• It has now been 9 days with no response to multiple support emails.
• A public request for resolution on X (Twitter) has also gone unanswered.

This is not a pricing dispute. The funds were received on-chain and verified. The issue is non-delivery and lack of communication.

I am requesting immediate resolution by full refund. Full XRPL transaction documentation is available along with full transaction report.

I am providing additional details as requested. (Link didn’t work, so I’m adding it here)

On Feb 3, 2026 I initiated two SOLO → USDC swaps of approximately 15,000 SOLO each.

Both transactions were marked “Expired” in your system. The SOLO deposits were confirmed and successfully received on XRPL.

Immediately on Feb 3, I contacted Exolix support twice by email regarding the expired status. I followed up again on Feb 9 after receiving no response.

In addition to email, I also reached out via X (Twitter) and Telegram in an attempt to resolve the issue before any further action was taken. Representative on X said the passed my information and email to support still no response received.

Despite these multiple notifications and the significant transaction size, no response or corrective action occurred.

On Feb 13, 2026 — 10 days after the orders expiration — USDC was sent on Base. However:

• The blockchain shows execution on Feb 13, not Feb 3.
• Your website displays the transaction as “completed” on Feb 3 around 1:51 PM.
• The payout address used was 0xaF440Dd3e6Ec4b26cD006f7Ba0Ea73FA69334961.
• That address is NOT my wallet. My only Base USDC wallet is 0x50c… (full address available upon request).
• My wallet has no record of receiving these funds.
• Both payouts originated from “CoinEx 40” according to BaseScan.
• The payout wallet 0xaF440D… had no transaction history prior to these transfers.
• One order page displays: “Dear Exolix user, please contact our support.”

There is a clear 10-day discrepancy between the displayed completion date and the actual on-chain execution date.

I notified support three times before the payout occurred and attempted contact through multiple channels, providing ample opportunity to review the expired orders and prevent any misdirected transfer.

I am requesting:
1. The payout address recorded at time of order creation (Feb 3).
2. Audit logs showing whether the payout address was modified prior to execution.
3. Explanation for why expired orders were processed 10 days later.
4. Explanation for the lack of response before funds were sent.

I am seeking resolution based strictly on blockchain evidence and internal logs.

To clarify the discrepancy, please provide the payout address recorded in your system at the exact time of order creation on Feb 3, 2026 for both exchanges.

Blockchain records show payout execution occurred on Feb 13, 2026, 10 days after the orders were marked expired and after multiple support notifications were sent.

For verification purposes, please also provide:
1. Order audit logs showing the payout address submitted at creation.
2. Confirmation whether expired orders require manual processing prior to execution.
3. Explanation for the discrepancy between the Feb 3 completion timestamp shown on your website and the Feb 13 on-chain execution.

This request is based strictly on reconciliation of verifiable blockchain records.

UPDATE:
Exolix has publicly responded claiming both exchanges were completed correctly and that payout addresses were those provided at order creation.

Blockchain evidence raises serious concerns.

The platform displays the swaps as completed on Feb 3, 2026. However, Based chain records show the USDC payouts were actually executed on Feb 13, 2026- 10 day delay after the orders were already marked expired.

Both payouts originated from exchange liquidity (CoinEx 40”) and were sent to a wallet address that is not mine and has no prior transaction history before receiving these funds.

Support was contracted multiple times by email on Feb 3 and 9, X and telegram before payout execution w no response.

I have requested audit logs showing the payout address recorded at order creation and confirmation that no changes occurred prior to execution.

This issue remains unsolved.
