The "Dreamy Road Trip through the Balkans" was second Exoticca trip and did not disappoint. At first, I worried that the price was too good to be true, yet everything about the trip was fantastic. The customer service, the logistics, the tour guides are exceptional, and every aspect of the trip is top-notch. I have been recommending Exoticca to everyone I know and I have many, many more Exoticca bookings in my future.

My wife and I booked this trip to celebrate our 40th anniversary and we had a blast. Everything was well-coordinated from the itinerary, pick-up at the airport, transfers, hotels, everything. We did a lot in 8 days and didn’t feel stressed. Our guide, Nuno, was amazing, super-knowledgeable historian with a sweet sense of humor and a passion for his country- We had 20 people in our group and it was great getting to know the people in our group and their backgrounds and travel experiences. Our driver, Carlos, was also incredible.
It was nice having the travel laid out for us and I am certain we would have missed so many cool aspects of Portugal had we just rented a car and winged it like we are used to doing.

Our tour guide made our experience great! Nuno was very informative, funny and kind!The only thing we regret is not spending enough time in Fatima. We were there an evening and headed out very early the next day. But, we did visit and experience many beautiful places in Portugal!Also, our driver Carlos was very good with his driving skills and had a warm friendly personality!

What made my experience great was the booking process. Every trip I’ve booked has been incredibly easy, and the agents are always helpful and responsive.
What the company does especially well is how organized and well-planned the tours are. Everything runs smoothly and on schedule, which makes the entire experience stress-free. I also really appreciate the balance of structured activities and free time, along with the variety of optional tours available—it allows for flexibility and a more personalized experience

Although I am still mentally drained from this experience, I will stick to the facts so others can make an informed decision.

We had previously travelled with this company multiple times without issue, but when we needed them most, they failed completely. We were left stranded in another country during a war situation, with little to no support or meaningful assistance. Communication was virtually nonexistent at a critical time — no clear guidance, no timely responses, and no accountability.

As a direct result, we were left in limbo for an entire week before being able to return home, causing significant stress, uncertainty, and disruption. During this time, we were forced to make our own arrangements at additional personal cost just to manage the situation.

I formally raised this with the company, provided full evidence, and gave a clear and reasonable 14-day deadline for them to respond and resolve the matter. This was completely ignored — no reply, no action, and no attempt to put things right.

I believe this represents a serious failure in their duty of care under UK travel regulations. As a result, I am now escalating the matter to ABTA to pursue recovery of the costs we have incurred due to their failure.

This situation was not only stressful and costly, but entirely avoidable. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking and to consider more reliable providers.

I had an amazing time on my Galápagos Amazon trip. The only issue was I had to miss some excursions due to them overlapping.

Happy with everything except the cancel for any reason. Too expensive for what it is, and I should've looked into it more. I had to spend more money for medical that has cancelation in it already so basically paid double. Lesson learned!!

Morocco 🇲🇦 grand tour and Kasbah tour my guide Filali abdelali....Soft demeanor, approach and tone. Extremely knowledgeable about his beautiful country.....learned much from him throughout. Equally, he was most helpful in mitigating hiccups that popped up once-in-a-while in the group. Many thanks for a great adventure!! : )

This was my 3rd trip with exoticca and it was just as well organized and guides were excellent per usual expectations. This specific trip was much more fast paced with only one night in each hotel and due to the amount of driving during the day unfortunately did not have much free time to explore each city as much as I would have liked. The included dinners were delicious especially the hotel in Geilo

Grand tour and Kasbah almost tour it over in Morocco made special trip our guide Mr Filali Abdelali who was absolutely excellent! He is bright, insightful, and completely genuine in his desire to share his knowledge. He also is kind and generous with his time and always provided little snacks and specialties of Morocco.

We did a 10 day trip to Morocco with a group of ten and it was an amazing trip! Our tour guide Filali Abdelali was the best! He went above and beyond to make our trip so special. A group of ten can be super overwhelming in some of the things we wanted to do but he made it happen. We were grouped with other people on this tour and we made lasting friendship. We also had people that were so difficult to please or so negative. Filali Abdelali made sure those people didn’t ruin our trip. Truly such a fun trip with an amazing guide and new friends.

We have had such a great experience seeing all the Morocco has to offer. The experiences have been amazing and catered to what will give us the most of such a whirlwind of a tour. Our guide, Filali Abdelali, has been fantastic! He’s no rookie and has been so flexible, informative, and fun. Would definitely recommend.

This was our 9th Exoticca trip and we have our 10th coming up soon. It speaks volumes that we are very happy with what we get from our experiences.

Our guide in Morocco Filali Abdelali was very helpful and informative. He was friendly and courteous, doing his level best to resolve any issues that arose. Recommend highly.
