I recently ordered a gift for a colleague who celebrates Diwali. Unfortunately (after ExoticEStore had clearly tried to package the item well for transit) the plastic film that covered the Diwali Chocolates was ripped & as this was for a gift I needed it to be perfect.
I contacted customer services via email straight away. The reply wasn't massively quick but I understand it's a very busy time atm.
Deepa arranged a replacement item to be sent to out to me & I received it today - undamaged, so I'm very happy.

Rude customer care representative
I accidentally placed the order to my old address (which is 4 hrs away from my current location) due to the wrong info being autofilled in a hurry. It was delivered by DPD, left on the front porch of the address. I contacted them about the issue to be able to arrange pickup and offered to pay for shipping to new address. They advised me to get in touch with ExoticEstore to change the address as they are the account holders. Contacted customer care and received a rude reply from "Deepa" offering no solutions or suggestions basically saying its your fault and I can't help it. No "unfortunately", no sympathy. Staff need better training at dealing with customers politely. Have been ordering since many years ( spending a good £ 100-150 each time) and have been left sour by their customer care.
