Got an assortment of items as a gift for my partner. He really liked them, as he's someone that just really likes trying new things, so this was a good gift for him. Items were exactly as expected from the photos, although they were smaller than expected (if I read the size of them which is displayed in the title of the item, I wouldn't have been surprised lol). Overall, a great buy, and really like checking out the website as there's always new stuff added to it. Will definitely buy again.

Excellent service. I elected to pay for the highest level of shipping and got the package within 3 days which was fantastic. Candy was fresh and yummy! One downside. The cost is astronomical as is true for almost all Swedish candy sellers at the moment. I understand companies need to make a profit and I also feel companies are over charging because they can. I don't stick with companies that upcharge simply because they can. Again - service and product absolutely spot on. Price not so much.

Initial disappointment, but excellent customer service

After reading my review, Exotic Snacks reached out to me to resolve the issue. They, in turn, gave me a FULL REFUND and apologized for any inconvenience. I greatly appreciate their excellent and speedy customer service.
Although, I paid extra money for these to arrive early, they arrived late. Furthermore, when they did arrive, both were completely melted. I had to end up throwing both packages away (without even tasting the candy) because the candies were melted into one big blob and stuck to the inside of the package. I tried putting them in the freezer, as soon as I took them out the mailbox, but that didn’t help.
