This software got me banned 2 times!

This software got me banned several times, couldn't get rid of it even after cancelling and specifically asking them to NEVER attempt any connect requests. A month later - surprise - your linkedin account was banned. As I start figuring out the reason for this - I find unsuccessful connection attempts from expandi that are burried in Spam. Not worth it - avoid. Proof attached in google reviews.

Neville was super helpful on our onboarding/strategy call. He walked me through the right settings and explained the practical differences between the different campaigns. The biggest value was learning how to build higher-intent lead lists. Highly recommend the onboarding call if you want to use Expandi properly.

Excellent Strategy Session on LinkedIn Outreach Optimization

I had a strategy session with Matteo Arisi, and it was genuinely one of the most practical and value-dense support calls I’ve had around LinkedIn outbound.

What stood out immediately was how clearly Matteo broke down the real purpose of Mobile Connector vs. Standard Connector campaigns. Instead of pushing generic advice, he explained how the two are designed to work together to safely maximize daily connection limits, something that’s easy to misunderstand if you haven’t revisited the tooling in a while.

Matteo also walked me through account warm-up strategy, explaining why gradual scaling matters more than headline daily limits, especially in the first few weeks. The guidance was grounded in how LinkedIn actually flags behavior, not theory or guesswork.

I appreciated how focused the session was on system-level efficiency:

- How to structure multiple connector campaigns correctly

- How warm-up overrides campaign limits

- How to avoid session overlap when doing manual LinkedIn activity

- How to safely A/B test message vs. no-message connection requests

Most importantly, the advice was calm, precise, and actionable. No fluff, no upsell, no fear-based tactics. Just clear logic and real-world experience.

If you’re using LinkedIn automation and want to scale intelligently without burning your account, Matteo is someone who actually understands how to do it properly.

Takes a while to learn but support is…

Takes a while to learn but support is great.

I've been using Expandi for about a month and it isn't the most intuitive interface so you need a while to get used to using it. However, the support I have received from the team has been excellent. Polina was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and getting campaigns set up.

Matteo was a bright spot in our day today. His friendly, fast and personable approach were well balanced with his in-depth knowledge of the Expandi product and strategic mindset. Matteo is the best and we appreciated him guiding us toward our next strategic move with Expandi.

Better than HeyReach

I'm in the middle of a trial, after doing a trial with HeyReach. There's a learning curve, but Expandi definitely has more granular control and visibility than HeyReach, and they are rolling out more features quickly. Their support is also really good, so i'm getting all my questions answered quickly. Expandi seems to be the better product.

Much more than what I expected!!

I've been using the platform for several weeks now. I've previously used no less than 5 other tools for outreach on LI. This is far and away the best platform I've utilized. I've not even maximized my capabilities with the functions.

Today I had my 1:1 with Neville. He was able to relate things to me very quickly. As I have a great deal of experience, it was awesome that he could meet me where I needed him to.

To the management at Expandi: If you refrain from executing these 1 on 1's you will inevitably create more churn. Aside from the negative comments about payments (which hopefully you've fixed), it sounds like a lot of the grief has come because people didn't know how to use the platform.

You have an exceptional product but that's not enough. You need customer support to help people become successful with the product. While I understand the cost involved with that, there needs to be some middle ground. I understand that accounts with 3 or more people get a CSM, you should still have someone check-in quarterly. Not sure if this is offered but it'd be highly valued by me.

Very Helpful, especially for beginners

Neville was polite and very informative. He did not a novice like me feel less important to Expandi. While I do understand that he had a time limit, he gave me more than enough information to prepare me to get the most out of the software. Now it's up to me to make the most of it. But it's comforting to know that they have a knowledgeable team willing to help along the way.

They took great care of us while our team worked with them

Pros: The best part of this operation is the customer service. The leadership is clearly taking the feedback and customer experience seriously. I had a few interactions with their team and each time walked away impressed with how our team was treated. Thank you! In the software space, this is more and more rare. Your team and organization's investment is to be commended. Functionally, the system worked and helped us expand out presence.

Cons: Onboarding was a little clunky but that was almost 18 months ago. I'm certain they have gotten a lot of that figured out since then. We ran into issues with messages getting marked as "read" without any interaction from my team so stuff was missed because the software's APIs overrode notifications. Eventually we changed out focus and left the LinkedIn strategy and abandoned this effort.

That said, on the way out, their customer service was great. I would recommend Expandi get serious consideration from any team thinking about this solution for their operation. Thanks for the experience
