This tool is amazing! Never used an automation tool before that is as good as Expandi!

No clean way to test campaigns. If I wasn’t so far into building I would have gone a different direction.

don't buy this software. So slow you have to delete your cache every time you want to enter this website. And the have lots of bugs. Trash software. Don't wase your money.

The software showed that i didn't have any subscription but after 7 days they charged me 100$ and the customer support is ignoring me do not recommend this software there are a lot of better softwares

As a Sales Manager, my team and I have been delighted with the results and features that Expandi offers. Many valuable features, wide range of campaign types, excellent customer support.

The first invoice of our agency account was wrong, also the conditions we agreed on, in the beginning, they did not follow. We have two invoices that are wrong, nobody cares and they also take weeks to come back with an answer that is also 1st not helpful and second they are simply not willing to help at all.

Software is buggy and I ended up paying for two licenses when I still wasn't using the software. I asked for a refund and the support couldn't care less

I have tried expandi for 2 months. Its not the cheapest so you expect the product to work. It misses messages, and stops connecting with people for over a week on multiple accounts, I try contacting customer support on the day it starts happening and they blame the campaign type and LinkedIn. They don't take responsibility and say they don't do refunds for a service that doesn't work.

Just a quick edit to say they did refund after 5 hours of messaging.
