I subscribed to a trial

I subscribed to a trial, but my card was charged for the full amount. In addition, it didn't work anyway - LinkedIn connection never worked and overall it's just not right. I have requested a refund for the subscription I never agreed to pay!

Wrong invoices, not trustable business partner

The first invoice of our agency account was wrong, also the conditions we agreed on, in the beginning, they did not follow. We have two invoices that are wrong, nobody cares and they also take weeks to come back with an answer that is also 1st not helpful and second they are simply not willing to help at all.

Service doesnt work and customer support blames consumer and LinkedIn

I have tried expandi for 2 months. Its not the cheapest so you expect the product to work. It misses messages, and stops connecting with people for over a week on multiple accounts, I try contacting customer support on the day it starts happening and they blame the campaign type and LinkedIn. They don't take responsibility and say they don't do refunds for a service that doesn't work.

Just a quick edit to say they did refund after 5 hours of messaging.
