The safest automation tool out there.

I’ve been using expandi for years now and couldn’t be more happier with it. It is the only linkedin automation software out there that prioritise the safety of your account without compromising the value it brings to your business. The worst tool ever! Stay AWAY!

The tool has so many problems that it's hard to think about which one to begin with.

I've tried creating sequence already 6-7 times. And FYI the sequence has over 60 steps, so requires each one to be connected and set up, and messages to be written.

So first time I did that and finished it, I discovered the tool is so stupid that I need to manually save it every time I make any change. So all my work was lost. Literally.

Second time I've tried creating it and saving every 6-10 steps, but soon discovered it cannot save "SO MANY" steps but I must save every 1 single step.

So I tried again... This time I decided to set up all campaign and save each single step manually and customize it (set up delays, etc.) afterwards. And guess what? After I did set up the entire campaign I tried changing the elements, and apparently it was not saving anything anymore!!!

I messaged the support and spent like half day with them. Not because the support is talkative, but because it takes them hours to reply to a paying customer! And eventually they asked me doing some stupid things, which I did even before messaging them, like trying from a different browser, incognito mode, different device, etc. And eventually they said everything works well on their end, but I've tried asking friends to SAVE ANYTHING in the new changes, and it didn't work for them too.

Eventually I tried again, and it just doesn't work.

So all in all - this stupid tool wasted my entire weekend, doesn't work after all, and support is absolutely useless!

Worst Tool ever

Worst Tool ever. Just don't use it, give your money to poor people on the streets. You'll get more ROI there.

I tried the tool, but the campaign did not work properly.

Contacted the support, they told me, technical support will check that.

No estimation how long, or when the technical team will contact me.

I canceled the subscription, which i paid 99$ already.

Not able to view my account anymore, although i paid for that.

Bad support, no refund! Will contact my creditcard provider to get me my money back.

What a waste of time!

A company with no integrity

A company with no integrity, who only care about taking your money. I have been using there software for a while and was previously happy... Until my campaigns stopped working.

I was fobbed off and promised it would be looked at for weeks until eventually I cancelled and asked for a refund for the last month considering the software had not worked during that time and I hadn't received what I had paid for. I was told this wasn't company policy...

Avoid this company at all costs if your business depends on this software because as soon as things break they do not care.

Expandi found the answer! Even when it wasn't in Exandi itself :)

I had a question that was hard to explain via the chat box, so the Expandi tech support services, Tomas, was so very friendly to step up and send me a zoom link so we could chat and brainstorm to find a solution.

Which we found! and the solution wasn't even within Expandi. So thank you, Tomas! it was a great chat with a great result.

Potentially good, but has been a very poor experience overall

Great tool but so many bugs. Responsive support but I probably in 8 months I've spent a month waiting for stuff to get sorted (if was ever sorted). It has a great CRM interface but if you want better/guaranteeed outreach in terms of numbers, there are better and cheaper tools on the market. And keep checking the dashboard to see when and if it's actually working as for me was interrupting/something-stopped-working every other week

Avoid this service! Horrible support & overall experience!

Avoid this service! It was the worst experience I have ever had with SaaS service.

- Scrapping is wholly broken. It randomly returns from 0% to 30% if the actual results
- Even after filtering relevant leads and doing your research, the application still messages random people giving severe reputational damage.
- Support service doesn't care at all. The application is unusable, and they don't even freeze your subscription. They don't give any ETA on fixing problems.

Lot to improve

It's a great piece of software but lots of improvements are needed. Unprepared customer support, spent days waiting for "it doesn't depend on us, see what the software does tomorrow" or to finally speak with the official developers. True is that Linkedin updates his algorithm every once in a while but it doesn't look to me there's a solid developing team behind this software or lots of problems I've faced, wouldn't have let me waste time, money and effort explaining to a completely useless customer support.

Loads of issues

Loads of issues. doesn't save, does not allow selection of templates, customer service nonexistent (waiting 40 minutes now - Patricija is now away and left me hanging unable to save)

an hour later i am asked to create a loom video of the issues so the tech can review.

Seriously? Thats your help. Not even reviewing the issue, hours wasted and i now have to help you improve the problems...

I have lost 1/2 a day waiting and now i am canceling Be aware, you have to jump through loops to cancel the trial. i still don't know if it is done and Customer service are ignoring me...

After another hour of waiting and customer service confirmed my account "Should be" closed and my card won't be billed. Now I am waiting for actual confirmation that this is the case as "Should be" is not acceptable

Awesome tool with great team behind!

I use Expandi for almost 2 years for now, and I love it with all my heart:) Superfriendly interface, supersafe Li outreach, superfast and responsoble support team.
Seriously, it costs every cent charged.
Expandi did not let me down even once, while 3 accounts used in another tool were banned by Linkedin for obvious reason.

I wish you guys greatest success, love to wach your progress throug these years!
