Accepting and funding was quick and painless. The only thing I can say is there should be an option on how you want the payments to be made such as Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Weekly not just decided for you. We would've preferred either Bi-Weekly or Monthly payments, but are stuck with Weekly payments.

I am on my third loan with expansion…
I am on my third loan with expansion capital I started a little over a year ago and I was told that if I create a good track record with them, they will help me out and give me better rates on loans. I just signed my third one reluctantly, and they are absolutely not here to help me. They are basically about themselves. There was zero help and establishing a track record with them doesn’t mean a thing.

Go any other route
Convinced us that we would get more credit after a series of on time payments. Payments were way too much to begin with, and when we hit rough waters, the bullying tactics began. Go any other route to secure a business loan than this or any company that you have to pay weekly amounts. It nearly broke us.

Find another lender
Company was great signing us up for a business loan. I have been trying to pay it off early and no one from their team will help me so they can collect as much interest as possible. I reached out to the person who said would be my primary point of contact only for him to tell me to call someone else. Poor customer service and support. Find another lender.
