Keriche was my mortgage advisor, and Ernie was the loan processing officer. Both did a great job. Applying for a mortgage, and securing a house is the most stressful thing you can do in life and they guided me checking all documents and doing constant follow up with the broker and the bank RM. They both took me through the process step by step. I knew nothing about the mortgage world, and now thanks to both Keriche and Ernie, who explained every single detail, I feel much more confident owning my own home.

However, they both took me through the process step by step, Keriche was just a phone call away (even on NYE!), and even spoke to agents to ensure I was getting the best deal! They completed the whole process in under 4 weeks! Lotty Valenton was very professional. She is very knowledgable and experienced in conveyancing in the Dubai market. She is very responsive, clear with her communications, organised and proactive. She played a large role at ensuring that the entire transfer process (from the date on which the sale and purchase agreemwnt was signed until the transfer date) proceeded smoothly. Lotty did the conveyancing for the sale of our old villa and purchase of new villa and in an industry where you are often kept in the dark and not told the full story she stood out as the complete opposite. The whole process would have been a lot more difficult and frustrating if she had not been involved.
Lotty was great at keeping me informed about the status, what the next steps were, likely time frames (realistic time frames, not just what I wanted to hear) and being reachable at all hours.
