I got Expat Mortgage to help me with getting mortgaged for a 3 bedroom house I bought recently in Dubai. I had a fantastic experience with them and not a single thing to complain about. Jim was my Mortgage Advisor and he was a thorough gentleman right from the get-go, always available to answer my questions and patient through my most ignorant moments. They went out of their way to do everything can to get the mortgage from the bank as soon as possible with almost no effort required on my part except providing basic personal paperwork. After the Final Offer Letter was issued, Lotty took over for Conveyance and she is by far, the sweetest person I have ever dealt with. Patient, cheerful and accommodating throughout every hiccup, she made even the most hassling admin work a little easier to deal with. It's thanks to Lotty that I didn't feel the load of the immense bureaucracy of the process. And through it all, she didn't once make me feel ignored - even though I'm sure she was handling multiple cases parallel. I always felt like her main priority.
