I won't go into too much detail. All I can say is Zero for caring how capable any potential staff are. And this I assume is and will be their downfall. After all karma is never sweet.

Awful company . Red flags galore. Got let go because of my performance yet wasnt told of any problems previously. Don't cater for mental health . Manager very rude and will drive people away. Wasn't even there a month !!!

Terrible like a pyramid scam , deliberately Overcomplicated apps that you must use and you have to take loads of photos of before and after your calls , unrealistic expectations too as whk can work 7 cages I 90 minutes? Just avoid thos company.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are really nice to work with when they really need you but then they turn on you and start making up lies about you so you either quit of the can build a shame case against you so they can sack you. They try to make it sound as if they are doing everything to help but the area manager for falkirk once she take a dislike to that's it your job is gone. She tells you one thing then goes behind your back and makes up lies to her boss to make you look like you don't know what your doing even though she is meant to train you but she spends more time on her phone or chatting to other people.
