I could never get through to anyone to get the documents I needed to apply for my passport. When I contacted them to request a refund I was on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes (trust me I screen shot it) and still never got through. Days later I finally got someone requested my refund and it’s been almost 2 weeks and still have not received my refund of $196.95 that was suppose to be a 1-2 day process. Very disappointed and I feel scammed
