•Accounts are paid by non-electronic means such as cash, check, or money order.

•The utility or telecom payee name may not be recognized at this time.

•There is not enough recent/recurring payment history for qualifying accounts. Experian Boost currently requires at least 3 recent payments.

•Do you make the payments each month without skipping a calendar month? For example, if you pay a utility bill quarterly (2 payments in 6 months) that account will not be recognized.

•The bank does not give access to enough account history

•Some municipalities do not differentiate between utility payments, parking tickets, or court fees, only identifying the payee by municipality name (e.g., “Anytown fees”). If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to us. Thanks. -Karen

Experian Boost…

On Experian Boost I was only able to place one bill at a time from my bank, then you chose to find, what you thought was a current bill and use them, when those were bills I no longer have as an existing bill.

BE AWARE OF EXPERIAN SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES; Experian MISLED Me and HURT My Credit Score
Experian promoted a “no approval, no ding” offer that convinced me to apply for a credit card, AMERICAN EXPRESS. What they DO NOT TELL you is that the BANK still performs a HARD INQUIRY even if the APPROVAL IS USLESS.
I have A CREDIT OF 730+, I was approved for a $1,000 limit — something I never wanted or need it — and the hard pull DROPPED my credit score.
If I had known this, OR IF I HAD READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT EXPERIAN, I would never have applied. Experian should not advertise WHAT they CANNOT CONTROL, and should do what they can control, which is credit monitoring. This feels DECEPTIVE and HARMFUL to consumers trying to protect their credit AND FINACIAL HEALTH.

"Apply for cards labeled 'Appy with Confidence' will not impact your credit scores if your application is declined. However, if your application is approved, a hard inquiry will be conducted-even if you are unable to complete final verification-which may affect your credit scores." -Karen

One of the most useless anti consumer agency imaginable.

Imagine if you would the most useless customer service imaginable then combine that with a website that simply refuses to allow you any kind of self service option. I was attempting to start a dispute for some incorrect information. Remarkably, Experian stated they were unable to process the dispute online and I was directed to contact customer service wherein I was gate kept by a automated chatbot that refused to transfer me to a human agent.
