Damaged item
ordered a voltage optimiser. Screws holding front cover on were cross threaded, had to remove with a stud extractor. Due to the weight i didn't consider returning the unit.
Item should have been checked before posting?

Pretty good really, we like the chint range and only had to send back duff items a few times, thats made in china I guess.
They won't hold stock of the SP+N breakers even though we buy these regular, which is a pain in the a*s as it extends lead times by a few days.
Control gear wise they are price competitive with CSE, but don't hold the range of stock..the Gewiss CD40 range of DIN rail enclosures would be cool.

Git off to a bad start as their website didn't like my email address. Also had lots of other issues with their website. However, the guys were very helpful indeed and got me up and running very quickly even though I called several time with lots of daft questions.
Great product line and the will certainly be at the top of my list.

Competitive Prices, Excellent customer service!
Bought a number of bulbs from ExpertElectrical (aka downlights.co.uk), and when one of them went faulty a few months later they replaced it without hesitation!
It wasn't an expensive replacement... but the no quibble response & friendly emails were really nice.
Customer service is key, and these guys seemed to have cracked it! : )
Will definitely use again.

Great product range with an easily navigable website, very competitive pricing and impressive delivery. What stands out most is the customer service, we had one item damaged in transit, without hesitation it was re-ordered and replaced.
