So i bought a ticket online which i thought was the exact amount of money for the ticket not knowing after i paid for it an agent reach out saying i have to pay around the same amount of money extra for taxes which i didn't understand so I end up paying double for my ticket. Why put a price then telling me i have to pay another price . And then telling i can't get a refund so is either i pay or i don't get back my money .i was so upset with the agent cause why would you do people that with them hard earn money . I become very rude with my agent Natalie but as i told her am sorry cause am not a rude individual but that fact that they telling me i cant get back my money i was really mad . I wont recommend anyone booking flights if this is what they have to go through. Put the exact price and let ppl make there choice on how they wanna spend there money.

I would not recommend anyone to use this company to buy flights. They treated me very badly and made me buy a flight that I did not want because I had already entered my card and they told me that if I canceled they would not return my money.

Immediate price increase after purchase agreed
They tried to charge more than they had already agreed and offered when the credit card was changed. In 2 minutes fares went up, when I said no, they said they could do a discount to keep it almost the same.

Fraud ticket
I feel like the ticket was a fraud.
I booked via Jetcost with 1142 USD from VVI to LHR, but after the transaction Victoria the staff told me extra 722 USD I need to pay. Although first she said I can cancel my thicket but later it was declined.
In addition, after several responses, she stopped to contact me - how can I do later on?
I have purchased air tickets for years, but never experienced like this agency and I am totally confused.
