I cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period because I felt the initial phone call from Expert Telecom had been a it of a whirlwind, and I didn’t get the chance to think it through.

The internet goes through frequent but irregular periods of going off line for a couple of minutes or so, then coming back on for about five minute then dropping out again, perhaps five or six times in half an hour. Other than those two things it works fine.
