Don't remember when I was last talking…

Don't remember when I was last talking to Laine but on previous occasions she has always been very polite and patient to me. She has had to put up with several problems I have experienced and handled them well, with me knowing that none of the problems were caused by her!

Excellent customer service

I must say that every I have spoken with Laine she has always been very helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble she bends over backwards to help and get things sorted I feel privileged to speak with her she seems like a really lovely girl with a pleasant personality well done Laine 🙂

Advance line rental billing.

The plus points are that the company answer the phone promptly but they were unable to resolve my complaint. I became a customer in July 2022 and paid my annual line rental fee. I was surprised to receive an email on 14 March 2023 advising that my annual line rental was about to be collected in 3 days time. When I phoned to point out that this was 4 months early they blamed Open Reach who thy said demanded payment a quarter in advance. Don't know if this is true or I was being fobbed off.

Very helpful response from Sophie last…

Very helpful response from Sophie last week and today . My parents were changing services due to hospitalisation and poor health and Sophie was super helpful in getting charges reduced to NIL . What a star . Thank you Elizabeth

Expert communications !!

I phoned with a few queries spoke to a lady called Liana who quickly and efficiently put my mind at rest. She then went on to advise me on the best package for me. Liana was friendly cheerful, easy to talk to and efficient. I'm very grateful thankyou.

Daisy is a STAR

Daisy responded quickly and understood completely our problem. She resolved the matter within minutes, to our satisfaction and it was a pleasure to talk with her. She is a star amongst many poor performers in call centre activities, and deserves to go a long way!

I must say, (and I said to Daisy), whilst we are very grateful for the price reduction given, it is sad that i had to call to arrange for it to happen, I like best prices to be on the table from the outset, and having to haggle is not my usual scene.

I had a problem with the way i was…

I had a problem with the way i was persuaded to join the company. I found I was paying more than my previous broadband plus you still have to pay for the landline yearly regret joining misleading and not put down in writing shall be glad to leave them.
