Not told about set up cost
Not told about set up cost, told I would have same line, you gave adsl not fibre( sorted now). Extras added I was not told about now deleted. Have had to order a booster as signal not going round house. No problem with previous supplier.

Ryan left a message on my answer machine which I could not hear and understand. I rang to see what message he sent I was promised he would ring me on Friday 21st [Morning] and again after a second contact by mysef [In te afternoon] but he did not do so.
You pride yourself on customer service. Terrible.

She sorted out the minor error and sorted out my account for the next 2 years hopefully .
I find when I ring in which is not often but you get a friendly voice and good prices. Makes BT should be hanging their heads in shame what the want to charge .

Liana was very helpful today with all my questions and my renewed contract but what i will say for new customers is the fact that vat is not on the the amount that is quoted to you and the line rental is taken from your bank account in my case four months before it was due

From the beginning of my transfer from bt I've had nothing but broken promises from this company first they couldn't connect me for over 2 weeks then they gave me Dail up speed of 5mbps for abt month. I was supposed to get same deal I had with bt but to this day I am still waiting on my speed to be 86kbps and it's only running at 16kbps. Not enough to run all my devices in my house. Which I niver changed supplier I feel betrayed and I've call so many times to this company but to no avail. Now am in a contract I can't leave for 2 years. Shame on this company. As for the guy rayn I spoke to he was very genuine and did his best to help me out and he did for some things like getting money back which they over charged me. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
