The stock animation service offered by Explendid Video added a professional touch to our video. The vast library of high-quality animations to choose from made the process easy and efficient.

Max was an incredible person to work with. The video quality was excellent and the process was extremely smooth.

The team was attentive as I directed. Not so much to what I initially described in writing in the project questionaire, but as I redescribed via emails/ and texts they arrived at a finished product that I can be proud of.

We needed a quick turnaround on a video and this team did top notch work. Their suggestions were amazing and their quality and timing were always on point. They exceeded our expectations and I look forward to working with them very soon.

When I had a technical issue with our website, Alli responded quickly to resolve it.

Total scam. It's been over 2 months and the project is still not complete. Prior to engaging Explendid, I confirmed that several elements were required to be included in the video's script including (but not limited to) the use of American English, not British English. They were late on delivering scripts and the requirements were ignored, even after several rounds of revisions where I restated the American English requirement.

I asked for a refund and they declined the request, seeking another chance. They also said that if the script went too long, I was not to worry about it. I agreed. Yet again, the language requirements were ignored.

After one more try, they got a decent script. Then wanted to charge me more money because it was longer than :60.

I asked for a refund. They would not provide one...even though the invoice states "100% Guarantee".

When I tried to call the company, it seems that the people I was working with...are no longer there. Disputing the charge on my CC.

When I look at all the positive reviews, I noticed a consistency in the messaging that is generic, repetitive, and all about the same length. Buyer beware.

I see your response but all your arguments don't acknowledge that your invoice and website state a 100% guarantee. And no matter your level of effort, you delivered an inferior product. Only after several attempts to you provide an acceptable script, did you move onto the storyboard. This was childish and didn''t even match the script. That's when I requested a rewrite. You promised to take care of it...even if it went long. Then, again, you provided scripts with British English...and after several more attempts, did you deliver a "perfect" script. But that script was long and you attempted to get more money from me...breaking your promise.

Any way you look at it...you took too long, produced nothing usable, and negated your own policies. I remind you, I wanted a refund early on...you promised to make it right. You didn't.

No attention to detail. Characters are clearly cut and paste. Animations are not smooth. When we requested a refund, they did not respond.

TOTAL SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE. A man named Mark Cooper called soliciting their service, he seemed professional and was prompt with email correspondence. In the next week they sent me an extremely vague image as an update. The image was non-sensible and they said it was just to pick the color. They then sent the copy and asked for tweaks. After that SILENCE! Almost 3 weeks had passed before someone reached out to me. At this point I just wanted my money back. I had read the reviews (which is my fault I didn’t read before purchasing) many similar to my story. When a person finally got back to me I expressed I wanted a refund…. Then once again silence…. It’s been now two months, I have no “explainer animation video” nor a refund. After I write this I am alerting the authorities, placing them into collections and will be writing negative reviews on as many platforms as possible.

The most unprofessional and incompetent vendor I have ever worked with in my 25 year career - and that says a lot. Paid upfront and was delivered nothing by the deadline - then they tried to quickly scramble to show something to keep the job and what they produced was terrible. Kelvin was rude and made ridiculous claims and copied my client on the emails in an effort to make us look bad. If you are shopping for an animation company - there are lots out there so just keep looking and don't bother with these jokers. They don't even deserve one star because they aren't even a real company in my opinion.

Matt Milton was excellent, professional and delivered on time. He made the experience a good one and I am 100% satisfied.

Professional, caring, and good product/services - Highly recommended

Absolutely worst experience ever. I hired them to produce a short video in 2016, which they did. The quality was terrible but that was not the worst part - what followed were a series of harassing phone calls to try to get me to create another video. I made at least 10 polite request to be taken off of their list, yet the calls have continued.

At one point their harassment became so horrendous that one of their agents took it upon himself to call me and would impersonate an important phone call as others in the room laughed in the background.

It is now 2021 and I get at least one call from this company every week. Not only is their quality terrible - they continue to harass me to this day.

Do not contact this company or you may be perpetually harassed too. I suspect all of the reviews on here are fraudulent.

Great working with Matt on my whiteboard presentation. The presentation without a doubt will now get the funding from investors. Matt helped me with on point scripts edits, appropriate music selection, perfect voice over and video edits. Thanks a bunch Matt and team great work.!

Our Agency has really enjoyed working with Matt Milton and the team at Explendid Videos on multiple projects. The process is always professionally managed with positive creative energy shared. Most importantly, the videos have resulted in more business for WiseWise Marketing and our clients!

We started with a 1 minute video but when we saw the script, we wrote the story board and script. We know our business and what we want to deliver. It then went to 2 minutes. We had some discussions and when they matched the story board with the voice over and script it need a bit more work to give us what we wanted. We feel it was great value, but we were the directors! I am very satisfied with the end product and would use them again.

Really crappy company. Never delivered on time. It has been since February 2020 and still do not have my animation. They also refused to give me my money back. A lot of broken promises.
