So now Explendid Videos is trying to get my husbands review off because it is the truth and it is hurting them. We just responded with info to show that we were a customer. This is a terrible company and any review that is positive is fake. The one star reviews are real. They are crooked. We had to cancel our bank card for a new one because these crooks kept charging our card. If you are thinking of doing business with them think hard and don't . There are so many other places out there to do business with that offer this same service.

These guys are highly professional along with top-notch work delivery, I love their customer support. I will definitely recommend them.

After completion of a project that was fully paid for, they threaten not release it to me it if I do not register for copyrighting with them (and only with them), even after explanation that in my country the copyrights they want me to purchase do not apply. They then pursue the matter over months bombarding with emails and calls. Pure harrassment and extortion of money. Do not go near!

Matt Milton was a pleasure to work with. He always helped make sure our project was moving along even if I was falling behind as the client. He did a very good job ensuring that his team produced a quality set of videos. Our team is extremely happy with the work!

I wouldn't rave about working with these guys, but in the end we were satisfied with the video.

Matt Milton did an excellent job pulling the team together and putting together a great infomercial.. I am receiving a greater response and my book sells and booking engagements will be increasing once this pandemic is over. I already picked up some zoom conference talks. Thanks again.

Worked closely with Fred Carter. He was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. He made is very easy and I was very happy with the end product

I'm very grateful to have worked with Fred Carter and his team on my video project. As a graphic designer/marketer myself, I am nit picky and I like things done exactly as I've envisioned them - he has been patient and understanding. Fred has gone above and beyond, time and time again to make it all come together. I'm so thrilled to share my project with my audience, I'll definitely be recommending Explendid to my networks.

When I wasn't sure about how I wanted to proceed with a scene or graphics, he shared several resources and provided constructive input. He's an attentive go-getter; I look forward to working with him in the future.

Quickly taking a look at some other reviews, I can tell you that I am not being paid to make this review, nor do I think they are crooks or scammers in any way (?) - no idea where that is coming from. Explendid has always been upfront about their uber reasonable costs and I've always had great communication with them.. even through this COVID pandemic!!

This is my first such project and I was helped greatly by a guy named Greg.
Excellent communication and listened to my ideas for the video and interpreted them cleverly.

These 5 stars have to be paid reviews or from these guys at explendid. My experience with them was horrible. They are good until they get your money. Once they get your money, you wont even recognize the same tone. They are greedy, putting charges on your for every little thing that you ask them! A $200 original order will cost you $600 or more when these guys are done with you. The quality of videos, are ammeter looking. They will even put charges to your card without your consent. Keep you money, and look for someone honest and not greedy. Scammers!

These guys are big time CROOKS, CHEATS and SCAMMERS. Beware. Don't trust them with your money and do not get fooled with their 5 star ratings. Those high ratings are from their own people. I have filed a police complaint against them for scamming me.

Unfortunately terrible experience working with Explendid videos. Signed a contract in early June to begin our work on a marketing video. We agreed upon a 4 week timeline, unlimited revisions for this project. It is now November and we still do not have our product, and have missed our marketing deadlines completely. Our company is a well established firm , and it seemed there was skepticism from Explendid as to whether they would receive payment. At the initial start- there was issue that we could not submit payment via credit card- we use a formal invoice billing system due to the size of our company, and we never pay vendors until work has been completed. This was communicated, and accepted by Explendid. However, the quality of work was very poor and turnaround times were long after the payment was not made upfront. Every revision I provided to the team took about a week for anyone to get back to me on, multiple times my requested revisions were not completed. We finally settled on a final version, and the billing department on our end cut the check. I sent this information to my main contact over a week ago- and still have not heard back. The representative said he is travelling and can’t get in touch with billing. At this point we missed another marketing deadline and still do not have our video. I would not consider using Explendid again after this experience. We had hoped to build a working relationship so we could work together in the future, though this experience has been disappointing.

Had some issues with a couple changes requested and ended up getting charged a bit more for going over our original video length, but Production Lead Greg Hill did his best to attend to our changes.

I'm pretty impressed with this service both in the quality of the end product and their turnaround time. It's an interesting business model and I think it really fits in well with today's social media landscape

You really can't beat the cost for the production yet get from 30 second explainer video. They are professionally made, with great sound and animation. They welcome direction if you have thoughts on how you want your video to be put together. They have super quick turnaround that will make your company look like you spent thousands. We have produced between 5-10 videos with them now for our various companies and have no complaints. Good work Explendid Videos

I have been searching for video production websites to create short animated videos for my projects, and reliably, I was not impressed by any of them until I came across Explendid Videos. The kind of projects that I work with, it is difficult to gain and hold people’s attention, but you guys have made it conceivable for me to explain my projects like interesting stories easily and quickly that remain in the mind of viewers.

I would recommend this site as an apparent choice for individuals who are looking to get the word out about their gray projects through inspired, amazing, short videos.

Absolutely amazing experience! I hired Explendid Videos through a friend referral, and honestly, my investment truly paid off! I was amazed at what you guys had squeezed in a 2-minute video, good quality content and high-quality graphics. Bravo!
My biggest concern was that I do not depend on online payment methods, but truly your payment methods are safe, and the delivery was rapid!
