From the first interaction with the branch Manager Radikha, I have felt nothing but confidence choosing Explore Learning for my child’s tuition. Because help my daughter to study

My daughter has additional needs, which at times can be quite challenging and impact her ability to focus on her learning. When episodes like this occur, I always feel supported by the team at Colchester who work towards providing her with different approaches that support her to work through things she finds triggering to regain her focus and confidence.

The communication from the directors to the tutors who work to support my daughter is gold standard every single time. This is evident from the pre-work that is ready waiting for my daughter when she arrives for her session and the follow through on this which my daughter can physically see.

It is important that any plans put in place are delivered due to my daughters literal thought processes and on the rare occasion where there has been a last minute change, this is also communicated to my daughter with the utmost care so she still feels supported because she historically always struggles with change.

As a family we feel listened to and supported with my daughters well being at the centre and her education improving alongside.

The Colchester Team play a crucial part in my daughter’s education and wellbeing and are a support system that we as a family are very grateful for.

My daughter has done her 11+ tutoring lesions with explore learning and passed her exams . Most importantly my daughter was very happy with her teacher Eman who supported my daughter for this success. We are so grateful for that. Centre managers Zanab and Azka are great. Teaching team are good. Content is fine and able to log on at home to continue learning

A big thank you not only for the excellent learning but also for the dedication and professionalism of the staff and their engagement with the children and us as parents. I have witnessed first hand how the team at Palmers Green consistently go above and beyond to ensure children are comfortable and happy. From our own experience, our youngest loves attending the sessions and Explore has enabled him to grow in confidence, develop his learning, become a critical thinker all whilst keeping it fun. It is not always possible for busy working parents to do all the learning parts and Explore fits in perfectly to supplement between school and home.
