Rude staff
The equipment was fine but the customer service on the day I received a delivery from both the customer service operator on the phone and the delivery driver who dropped off the equipment and the delivery driver who collected it was very unsatisfactory. All of them were rude and unhelpful and very rushed. The collection driver accused me three times of not returning a set of glasses until he finally re read the order slip. The delivery driver at drop off was very reluctant to drop off heavy items in a convenient place for me. The customer services operator on the phone hung up on me when I told him for the third time after being cut off twice hadn’t received a text notifying me of my delivery time.

Makes hosting large events really easy
Makes hosting large events really easy! Have used ExpoHire a few times for large corporate events and have been pleased with the quality of products, ease of delivery and collection, and the value for money. The optional glass cleaning service they offer (for an additional fee) is a life saver for larger events too!

Recently used Expo Hire for a small gathering. Their site is easy to navigate and you can see prices as you choose. From booking, their communication for drop off and pick up easily managed, with live tracking for the delivery van, plus a very helpful delivery driver. All in all a seamless easy experience. I would definitely use them again.

We had a positive experience with Expohire. They are well organised and efficient; products are as described on the website and were provided in good condition. Delivery and collection was communicated very well and the delivery driver was polite and worked hard for a quick turnaround with no fuss. I would use them again.
